Winter weekends almost booked / now booking for Summer - see notes below!

Our Mountain Cabin boasts approximately 1,900 sf of living space including sleeping accommodations for 10 people and ski in / ski out access to the Alpine Chair Lift!

The main floor provides the perfect setting for making wonderful family memories. With a fully stocked, large kitchen - cooking for a full house is a breeze. The large dining table will sit your guests comfortably, with additional seating available at the eat up bar.

After dinner - relax by the wood burning fireplace for a family game night or movie night on our 50” flat screen. Enjoy the view out of the sprawling windows to the foliage that surrounds the cabin. The main floor also boasts a bedroom with a full sized bed and attached full bathroom.

The second floor is home to the gorgeous master suite and attached sitting area. Accommodations include a queen size bed, walk in closet and attached full bathroom. Truly a comfortable and well appointed space.

Let the kids unwind after a long day of skiing or swimming in the bright, walk-out lower level. In addition to two bedrooms, this space offers a full bathroom and additional living room with a wet bar, 50” flat screen TV.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level including a bunk room. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed while the bunk room offers two twin-size bunk beds providing sleeping arrangements for four. Also provided on the lower level is a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

During the Summer Months - enjoy the beautiful, sandy bottom Deer Lake with it's relaxing beach and lawn and full service Tiki Bar. The Deer Lake Beach is less than a mile from the Cabin!!!

Additional activities at Boyne Mountain include year round ziplining, horseback riding, fishing expeditions, mountain biking and hiking. Helga's Haus, located on Boyne Mountain property, offers top-notch childcare available by the half-day and full day.

For those rainy days - don't forget about Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark located at Boyne Mountain Resort - Northern Michigan's largest indoor waterpark. For the adults - Solace Spa located at the Mountain Grand Lodge is just what the doctor ordered for some rest and relaxation.

Please note - for Summer stays I prefer to book Saturday - Saturday. There is a 20% discount that should be applied when you book 7 nights. Please feel free to ask any questions

Great cozy cabin
We had a great stay at this ski cabin. We had 3 families staying with 3 young kids and the layout was very functional. The cabin did not work out to be ski in/ski out for us given the lack of snow and the chair lift being closed, but it was an easy drive and easy to park at the base of the mountain. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and responsive!

Great location, cozy cabin
This cabin was the perfect place for two families to enjoy a skiing weekend. It was very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and a true ski in/ski out (since the Alpine lift was running). It’s also in a beautiful location surrounded by trees, quiet, and had unlimited access to firewood for the wood-burning fireplace. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Boyne mtn cabin
Great location, easy (with snow) ski out to the Alpine lift. To get back to the cabin its about a 20’, steep up hill climb. Kids loved the bunk room and fireplace. The house has a really nice interior and layout. Thanks!

Mountain Cabin was a great location for skiing. Nicely maintained and furnished. Sorry but one complaint - the queen bed in the basement level - the mattress needs to be replaced, you can feel the springs poking through. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Twas the week before Christmas
SkrufleHaus was perfect for our family's ski outing before the holidays. We loved everything about this cabin from the moment we walked in. The charm and decor was perfect in every detail. There was good communication from the owner, and we found everything as advertised. The kitchen supplies/utensils were well stocked and a quick call was all that was needed to find replacement light bulbs when several burned out. The fireplace was a cozy spot at the end of a day of skiing. The board games were a hit. The only issue we encountered was that the weather did not cooperate and provide enough natural snow for the ski in ski out benefits of the cabin. The Alpine lift did open up for the next after we left.

Great Property
Overall a great experience. Very good location and great property. Property owner communicated well. We did have an issue trying to keep the floors clean due to coming in and out with snow from skiing. It would be nice to have simple equipment to keep the floors cleaner.
