“Very nice property. Spacious and quiet. Ideal for a quiet escape from the city. I wouldn't come here to party, but to have quiet time with family. House is a bit dated and could use some cosmetic repairs, but in general, it is as advertised.”

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”

“My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!”

“This was a great little cottage. My family and I were at a family wedding near by. Cottage had all amenities, except a BBQ(although it was not one offered). The place was clean and the owner responded to any questions very timely. We did have issues closing the bathroom door and the shower heads spray was affected due to the hard water. Besides that we loved the privacy, the location on the river. Free firewood was available in the shed, which was greatly convenient. Lots of bedding and extra……

“We had a week at Erika's cottage this fall and it was absolutely lovely. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. We were also really delighted we could bring our cat with us, and that the screened in porch was there so she could safely enjoy the location too :-) All of the instructions, access, setup, and process for the cottage was clear and easy. Erika makes the experience seamless for guests to enjoy……

“There are a few awkward places to step, like by the bbq corner of deck, not a lot of room for error, very easy to misstep and fall off the deck and land on the stairs. And getting from the land onto the dock, had be careful not to slip with the gap. But other than those minor things to be aware of, the cottage was wonderful. It literally has everything you'd need for a fantastic vacation! The morning sunrise to the evening sun sets are brilliant. Christine was so nice and our communications were……

“If you’re looking to spend some personal time or time with family or close friends relaxing, this is a great property. Our stay was from Wed - Sunday and the weekdays were brilliantly quiet. The river running just behind the property, it’s a great backdrop to lounging and relaxing. It was a pleasure to sit with a cup of coffee and hear the birds and the sound of the rapids just down river. The adjacent properties filled up over the weekend but the community is very family filled and as a whole……

“Poorly maintained. Had trouble u nlocking & opening front door upon arrival. Neighbour helped. Doors do not fit properly. Decking, sidings peeling & holes. Ants in kitchen. Cover on BBQ does not fit properly. Could not do any fishing due to weeds but told i could. Picture in listing disheaving. Pool table shown but no cues or balls. Chairs very uncomfortable. Linens old & smelled. Wife had to wash them all. The humidifier was on & started to leak so i had to fix by hand as no tools.No……

“We had a somewhat rocky start with hot water, but Andrew was attentive and did his best to rectify the problem. The cottage was nicely prepared, beds attracively made, towels laid out, and the interior orderly. Very nice gas grill, and beautiful views enjoyed even more with very comfortable patio furniture. Boathouse was a godsend. Overall, an enjoyavblke trip and experience. Andrew is a nice man .”
