"We had a very nice time at Urban Living! We booked for our son's graduation and had 7 people staying. It was very comfortable and plenty of room. It was nice to have the pool table and putting green in back. Provided a lot of opportunity to just hang out and relax. Kitchen was perfect and able to cook a couple big meals for all. Overall, it was a great stay. Kelli the host was great at communicating as well. I would recommend to all needing a spot in the Peoria / Glendale area."

"This was a great idea to rent a house for our basketball team and coaches to stay together. It was perfect , house was clean lots of room and had everything we needed . The boys loved the pool and hot tub after a long day playing game after game. Difficulty would rent again when we come back."

"The location was great for our stay. It is convenient to the west side of PHX via the 101. The only traffic related noise was due to thumping bass of a few vehicles that frequent the area. The home was very well equipped for our long stay. The home could be a little better cleaned but it is a pets allowed location so that make this a little more difficult. All in all it was a great stay. I would also encourage the host to provide a guest guide which includes wifi info/garbage instructions/check...
