Bella Luna 1004 by Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals

This stunning 3 bed 3 full bath condo has a large balcony with breathtaking 10th floor views of Ole River, the bay and Ono Island. This condo has some of the best views in the entire building and on the island! The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach. Private boat slip available upon request for an additional cost. Must request at time of reservation!

Unit 1004 features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have large attached modern bathrooms. There is a new queen size sofa sleeper in the unit. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to include teak furniture. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer inside and wi-fi is provided. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms. Free Wifi.

Master Bedroom: King, - Guest Bedroom: Queen, - Guest Bedroom: 2 Twins. Sleeps 6 comfortably in beds!

Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes are $50 each, and purchased at the time of arrival through the HOA. Maximum 2 vehicles- strict.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals property management or from the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals does not guarantee any guest a boat slip. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

Condo was super nice and location. Only downfall was the cleaning services.
The showers were molded and had clumps of visible hair ! The kitchen trash can had caked on debris at the bottom. Cold water didn’t work in kitchen and the two guest room TVs weren’t working properly. The jets in hot tub was not wiped down. Otherwise the unit is gorgeous and spacious. Great air conditioning and beautiful large balcony. Love the location. Only complaint was the cleaning. Would rent again. Love it.

The condo was huge with an excellent view! Perfect location and the staff from Bella Luna and Robert’s brothers were really easy to work with . Our only complaint was the condo was dirty when we arrived . VRbo said 4pm check in and Robert’s brothers said 5 because of cleaning . When we arrived one of the bathrooms was super dirty and needed a new shower curtain . The place was dusty and didn’t seam to have been swept or mopped . The patio still had sand and crumbs all over it . When Turning on the water to master tub lots of black particles started coming out of the jacuzzi vents . Also dirty walls and doors . It def started off on a bad note . Cleaning people came the next morning to fix it .

Great stay! Beautiful place!
We enjoyed our stay at Bella Luna. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. No issues with anything except the pools being dirty. I mentioned it to the staff on the first day and they were dirty again on the second day.

Such a great area - southern charm from people and restaurants - our condo stay was outstanding !

Nice property. I have stayed in a different Condo at Bella Luna before. This condo was on track for my expectations. A few minor appliance issues could stand to be addressed but my only complaint was a maintenance visit that I was not previously told about. My 14 year old daughter was in the condo alone at the time of this visit. I addressed the issue directly with her about letting them in without first notifying me.

A great week
This was our first trip to the gulf coast and were very pleased with our experience. Bell Luna was as beautiful as the pictures depicted. The views of Old River was pretty and access to the beach was adequate. A crosswalk and or signal would make crossing the five lane street safer.

Beautiful condo with a resort feel! We enjoyed the 3 outdoor pools when we took a break from the beach which was only a quick walk across the street. The huge balcony overlooking the water was an added treat that we really enjoyed!
