Great location. Large king bed 1/1. Condominium is located on the water at the Bayou Martinique Marina. Nestled away in a quiet corner off the beaten path yet 5-minute drive from both Naval bases and downtown. Pensacola beach is 15 minutes away. The Marina is great for walking your pet, catching a beautiful sunrise and sunset, catching dolphins frolicking in the bayou and experiencing the amazing Blue Angels doing home practices right over the building every Wednesday. There is so much to love about this location.

False Representation
The morning I was on my way to Florida I had not gotten an email about checkin process so I emailed the owner. I was told the instructions would be sent at 2 pm. They never got emailed. I arrived at the property and at that point was not able to get inside due to no instructions. Emailed a couple times and even called with no responce. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone that gave the coded to get in the condo. The building this condo is located in is absolutely disgusting. The smell when you walk in the lobby literally made us gag and gave me a headach everytime I walked in. Smeeled like animal urine/feces. Then the hallway on the floor the condo was on smelled like a nursing home that was not cleaned properly. Once in the condo at first appearance seemed good enough. There was no strong odor, but after being in there for a bit we noticed roaches. The sheet on the bed was just a flat sheet not fitted so it would not stay on the mattress throughout the night. There was also a hide-away bed that we used BUT there was no sheet on the mattress nor was the an extra sheet in the condo. I had to go to Walmart and spend money on getting a sheet. Will not rent this property nor recommend it. Shouls be reimbursed for the money I spent on the dump!
