Just steps away from the sugar white sand and emerald colored waters of the Gulf

Hi and welcome to our little bit of paradise. We want to invite you to enjoy Beachview #107 at "Florida's Most Relaxing Place".

Navarre Beach boasts beautiful white sand and emerald colored water. Navarre Beach is a barrier island nestled between Pensacola and Destin. Navarre Beach's atmosphere is family friendly and peaceful. Our condo is also pet friendly with a pet walking area with trash can and pet waste bags provided.

Take the opportunity to get away from the large crowds. Spend the day shelling on the beach or fishing off the longest pier on the Gulf Coast, which is only a half mile away. Take a walk or bike ride along the Sound side of the island. Visit the Gulf Island National Seashore or one of the parks on the island.

The Visitors Welcome Center with children's playground/splash pad, grocery stores, restaurants and shops are located across Navarre Bridge along Navarre Parkway. It is also a short drive to Pensacola Beach, Ft. Walton Beach and Destin.

Newly redecorated, the master bedroom has a new large flat screen Roku TV and a king size adjustable bed. The guest bedroom has 1 queen and one full size bed and a flat screen TV. The living room has a new large flat screen Roku TV, DVD player, reclining sofa, reclining love-seat, and 2 chairs. The entire condo has new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring throughout.

The dining area seats 6 at the dining table with 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies, a Keurig K-cup and a drip coffee maker. We also offer free WiFi, cable, and electronic key-less entry.

You'll find toys, games and puzzles inside the condo and beach chairs, umbrellas and all the sandcastle making necessities you'll need in the outside closet. Please, have a wonderful experience and make lasting memories.

Awesome vacation in great a Condo
The condo was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We especially liked the ground floor unit, thus no steps when taking my dog for walks. We had a front row seat to watch tennis from our patio and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was even closer, just a few condos down from ours. We appreciated the extras found in the storage closet with all the beach paraphernalia you would want. We appreciated having starter detergents and paper products so we didn't have to shop the day of arrival. We had several meals on the deck at Andy D's where we could take Millie (the doggie) with us. We enjoyed the quiet laid back nature of Navarre Beach, yet just across the bridge in Navarre there are stores, gift shops and dining options. The manager, Merle, was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to going again.

This condo was nice. My teenagers really enjoyed the tennis court also. We could sit on the patio and watch them. The beach is close, it was really nice to walk down the beach. We had a couple rainy days, but we were able to enjoy other things around the area. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Very Nice Place, Just right.
We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and how neat and well equipped the unit was. The inside of the unit was perfect for needs and comfort (2 senior adults and 2 adult children and their Corgi. We loved that it was a ground floor unit, and the patio outside was great for a meal Al Fresco, and a place to hang out. The only improvement that could be made was if this was a gulf-view unit, but we knew that going in and the price vs. a gulf-front unit was well worth the less than 3 minute walk to the beach. We were blessed with fabulous weather, mid September was a great time to visit, much less crowded than summer. Great kitchen; everything you need to prepare your own meals is there. We also loved the ice maker, it made more than we could use, even with making homemade ice cream. Nice big flatscreen TV age watching college football on Saturday a lot of fun. Highly recommended, we will try to stay here again next year if it’s available!

Family Beach Time
The property is an older building with a condo above it. While there were occupants above us we could hear every sound they made the walls are very thin. The condo was easy to access and parking was easy. The condo was clean except for master bedroom had hair on night stands and window seals had not been wiped down in quite sometime. I had Clorox wipes that I used to wipe the night stands and window seal. We enjoyed our time in Navarre Beach.

Best Little Place
What a great place to spend time away from home. Our family, my husband and I and our two adult kids, enjoyed the convenience of the beach, as well as the close access to the pool. No issues with the place at all. The house was neat and clean upon arrival. We are already looking at schedules for next year hoping we can all get away together again.

Great Place in Navarre especially with pets
My family had a great visit back to Navarre. We come here almost yearly, but since we have dogs now it has changed our options. We were thrilled with this unit. Having the outdoor patio near the dog area was helpful. The couches and beds were all comfortable. It was a wonderful week again in Navarre. Thanks for having us!

A Great Stay
I was so pleased with this condo! It was spotlessly clean and everything was provided. The cooking utensils would accommodate any type of meal preparation. The property manager Merle was exceptional. The lady who cleaned the condo did a superb job. This lovely condo was so comfortable. The WIFi worked very well. The owners provided a nice assortment of DVD’s- they even categorized them in the welcome packet. Unfortunately I was unable to get the DVD player to work. I didn’t report this because everything else was so exceptional. Parents with children would LOVE this condo. The owners have provided many games and toys to amuse little ones for hours. I left a nice note in their guest book. I definitely will be back. I use to own a unit in the complex next door, so I know how important it is to provide a great experience for visitors to enjoy a “home away from home! It is obvious that these owners take pride in their “home away from home” ! Thank You for providing me with a great vacation.

Karaoke at Navarre Beach
Our stay with family and friends at Beach View was once again a great time. We all gathered together every morning on the beach and evenings to grill and eat dinner as a group. We also karaoke several times which added a lot of fun to our evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Starfish Vacations was easy to work with & very communicative. The condo was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. It was homey & decorated adorably. It has all the kitchen stuff needed but no starter staples like coffee filters, salt, pepper, spices so bring your own. There’s no pantry so you will have to put your dry goods on the counter but no big deal. It’s a kids dream with all the toys, games, & movies provided. The utility closet outside the condo has beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets, and a cart which was a lifesaver for hauling everything to the beach. If you need more than what’s included you can rent it for a reasonable price. Look in the back of the information book provided inside the condo for the companies info. The condo had plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, & even extra beach towels. The condo is an end unit on the ground floor & it’s pet friendly. It was a perfect location for us since we brought our older small chihuahua & the doggie area is step away from the unit. Your view is of the tennis courts but you can see the sunset on the bay side from the back porch. It’s easy to get to the beach & pool. Love the pool went up to 9ft which you don’t see often. There’s plenty of great restaurants and beach bars close. The only negative was the showers. The water was only luke warm & the pressure was weak but neither was a deal breaker for us. We highly recommend this condo to everyone!

Fun place to stay!
Steps away from the beach! Clean! Well appointed kitchen. All the beach toys you need for a full day of fun. We stepped into this condo and felt at home! The condo is loved by the owners, cute decorations, comfortable furniture, and so many fun movies and toys. My kids loved playing with all the toys during the evening after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, you’re less than a 5 minute walk (10 if you’re trying to wrangle your kids and all their gear) to get to the beach. You have private access shared with one other small condo building. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We were very pleased with our choice and had a great time!
