The Emerald Isle Resort consist of beautiful beachfront condos in the heart of Pensacola Beach. The unit is on the 15 floor with breathtaking views of the sugar sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Equally stunning views of the Sound. Two pools, one of them heated during the cooler months and a large hot tub for relaxing in the evening. Private balcony and exercise room overlooking the pools/beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, jetskiing, parasailing and even Funny Car Rental. Right up the road from beautifully kept public tennis and basketball courts.

This comfortably decorated unit will provide you with all the amenities of home. Full Kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, blender and coffee maker. Full washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator/ice maker. King size bed in the Master bedroom and Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Living area. Garden tub in the master bath.

Downtown there is the historic district also known as Seville Square, shopping malls and Air Naval Station Museum (home of The Blue Angels).

Spring Break 2024
The property was nice and convenient. However, we were disappointed with our condo. Upon our arrival it was obvious it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Floors and kitchen counters were dirty and sticky. Someone had vomited on comforter and it was on bed. Drawers were missing handles, blow dryer did not work. It was a dated condo. They did remedy the issues, but considering the amount of money we paid to stay there it never should have been an issue. Overall we like emerald isles and will stay there again. Just not in the same unit.

We loved the beautiful view of the ocean we had. This condo needs some updates. The kitchen for sure needs new appliances. The codes & parking permits are a bit extreme. I didn't like not having someone at a front desk to see if you have any questions you have to directly contact the property manager. We had a wonderful time though. 🌞

Great view lacking some basics for me
No extra toilet papers (one roll per bathroom), no extra paper towel either or cleaning solution for counter tops. Shower curtains had mildew. No dust pan to use with broom. I like to clean up after meals etc and had to buy my own supplies to do so. Lots of other guest smoking marijuana on the balconies which wafted into our unit.

Everything was as described. The condo was clean and neat. Easy access to the property. Was in a great central location to restaurants and shops. Had a great view of the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. The property nor the beach were overly crowded. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We had a wonderful time.

Blue Angels 2022
Emerald Isle never disappoints for blue angels show! Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants, stores & gift shops! Spent morning at Lagunas zip lining & riding gocarts! One lil hiccup with gate code upon arrival but quick response from Mr. Nguyen and issue corrected! Will stay again!!

Convenient and beautiful views!
This was our third time staying at emerald Isle. Each time we have chosen a different condo. This condo was very nice overall just a few minor kinks. I discussed the issues with the property owner but I did not follow through on my end due to not wanting to be interrupted during our stay. This condo is decorated very nice, not cluttered at all. Perfect location, beautiful views. Only downfall is that the floors (grout) need a huge deep cleaning, feet stayed black all week.

This location was all, that the add said it was. Very safe, great condo, amazing views, and very attentive booking host. Walking distance to everything in the Pensacola Bch area. Highly recommend this location for folks wanting a stress free vacation.

One of the beds had sand in it, obviously wasn’t clean. Our code for property and beach didn’t work. Many people had issues with codes not working. One of the pools was closed entire week.

Would not recommend this unit due to lack of housekeeping
Emerald Isle has wonderful amenities but this particular unit is extremely dirty and I do not think it had been cleaned before our arrival. The first thing we noticed were the sticky floors and sticky spills on the countertops. Ants were everywhere. The rugs were stained and had crumbs on them. The master bath had a hair on the toilet and the tub had several hairs in it as well. I'm glad I found some Clorox spray so I could spend my Anniversary getaway cleaning!! When we were getting ready for bed we pulled the covers down and were disgusted to find multiple hairs and makeup stains on the sheets in both the master and guest bedroom. I had to completely strip the bed of everything and start doing laundry when I was exhausted. After stripping the bed we found stains on almost every pillow and the mattress was stained allover. These things should be replaced. Some of the towels were stained so I had to wash towels as well. I contacted the host about lack of housekeeping and all I got was an apology and thanks for washing the sheets which felt like a slap in the face. I would not recommend this condo to anyone ever it was definitely not what was expected and was extremely dirty and I ended up spending much of my time cleaning instead of enjoying my stay on Pensacola Beach. I will say this is the first time we have ever had a problem with a rental unit but this was a major disappointment for our Anniversary getaway.

Had a wonderful stay and a great view! A couple of friends came over to watch the show and everyone loved it! The only issue was having trouble getting in the building. Several folks couldn't see the pound button. And, watch out for the outside curb. I watched a few folks trip on it!

Needs updating
The condo was in need of updating and a DEEP cleaning. The area rug was very stained. Needs some new pots and pans. Some of the furniture was very dated and and needed replacing. Beds were not comfortable at all. Could not use the ceiling fans because they made such a loud noise. Dripping sound near the ceiling fan in the master bedroom that was quite annoying. When we arrived the towels were bad. Very stained and some even had holes in them. The owner was quick to respond and new towels were delivered the same day that I contacted him. The oven is hit or miss if it works properly. It would not go above 350 degrees on most days. We did get it to work properly a couple of times.
