“This is a very cute place tucked away in Granite Bay. The neighborhood is very pretty with many beautiful homes under large Oak Trees and large rock outcroppings. Stephanie is an exceptional host making sure all our needs were meant.”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

“Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.”

“Its just far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough where the store is about 10 minutes away. Nice place to fish and get away”

“Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!”

“This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!”

“The host is an excellent communicator, which made the stay very pleasant. The property was well setup and was exactly as represented. There were 6 adults and one ten year old in the group.”

“The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.”

“Loved this house, the outside deck, trees and landscaping were fantastic. We were in town for our son basketball tournament, staying here was SO much better than staying at a hotel.”
