"We had 3 families with kids ranging from 4-17. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and spices. The location was easy to ski-in/ski-out. We skied back for lunch each day and cooked each night. Greg is a great host, super responsive and helpful with instructions. The only downside is it is not available for us to stay next year. We will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed."

"Jane’s Timber Lodge was an incredible place to call home for the week for our group of 16. The ski in/ski out was perfection and truly made our ski trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. With 10 adults and 6 young kids, there was plenty of rooms, beds, space to play. The amenities were over the top even with a warm meal awaiting our arrival the first day. We are already looking into dates to come back!"

"Aunts, uncles, and cousins stayed in this lovely home. Layout of bedrooms/baths was perfect for our group. Kitchen amenities were appreciated - we had everything needed! Location was great for skiiers and non-skiiers. Close to the bus and gondola, walkable to the ski area. My husband and i dont ski, but took the free ride bus to the gondola down to main street each day to explore. Others skiied and loved that it was so close ."

"The property was great, just as described. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the gondola. The location was accessible in a minivan with no issues."
"Simply the best. Great location, ski in ski out to multiple lifts. Great rooms, spacious. Wonderful breakfast and next to the TBar and One Ski Grill areas. Easy parking, easy in and out, and the BEST people. Shuttle to town a piece of cake and gondola is right there!"

"This place was wondering. There was a lot of space for our 19 month old to run around in the apartment. The area was great for walking to the shops and restaurants.
The only thing that might be a problem for light sleepers is you can hear the people above you flush from the master bedroom. If that is you ask for a top floor room. We were at the base level. There are also big black ants. We only saw 2 in our apartment. It scared me when I found one in my sons crib. It was after his juice sippy cup. I checked him for bites and he had none. So Id say keep your food closed in containers when staying here. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a trip out to Breckenridge for the first time. This place was a gem. Perfect for a couple. Small but super efficient. Amazingly well organized and better stocked than some larger places we have stayed in. Across the street from the Snow Flake lift which was so convenient and we could ski back along 4 O'clock run right to the back door. Able to walk around the village. Would definitely stay here again."
