“Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door.”

“Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen knives were sharp. Appreciated the binder with contact info for problems (there were none) and info for the tv/thermostat. Location was very convenient for Grand Canyon and groceries were nearby. Small things like finding our favorite coffee in the fridge made it even better.”

“Great set up, kitchen & living room w fireplace; master bedroom downstairs w a fireplace and nice bathroom and wrap around porch from bedroom and main space; nice bedroom w 2 bed upstairs, bath w tub and washer drier. Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon.”

“This was an absolutely fantastic spot. We had great communication from the owner, excellent location (you have no neighbors to worry about, just trains) and a spectacular unit. You will hear trains, that is an unavoidable truth. I would take the train noise any day if it meant staying here again. As far as I’m concerned this is the standard I’ll be weighing my future accommodations against, end of story.”
