This was close to the metro and across from a park. The facilities were nice, however my group had multiple issues during our stay.
I coordinated a shuttle with Solly to pick up my group of 7 people from the BVA airport around 10pm... but the shuttle never showed. When I called the hotel, the staff said "my coworker booked it" and that he couldn't help me. No offer to reach out to another shuttle, couldn't provide us the driver's info, nothing. It was another 100€ on top of our original quote to get a shuttle to the hotel.
Second, I sent out laundry while at the hotel. Only 5 articles. I sent it out for same day laundering by the indicated time. Upon returning to the room, it wasn't there. I called down to the front desk to speak with the same guy from the previous night. He said "oh, maybe tomorrow!" in regards to it being ready. A short time later, there was a knock on the door and he gave me my bag of laundry, however it was missing a pair of underwear... We requested that the 5€ be removed from the bill - haven't checked to confirm that it was.
Third, the sole toilet in our room stopped working on our last night. We got back to our room from a day out and it would not flush. The issue was rectified by giving us access to a room next door, as there were no other rooms to accommodate our party of 3.
