Do not take the pictures on the listing at face value—-they are much nicer than the property actually is. I found it well worn in parts and the front desk service very hit and miss. Some were wonderful and one in particular was dismissive. We booked a family suite for 3 people and nowhere on their site does it say that the majority of these are on two floors with a narrow spiral staircase that is nearly impossible to get a suit case up without great difficulty. It also lists that they have laundry on site, which they do not. They can send out your laundry but the cost was unreasonable. They blamed the photos and amenity description on Expedia, which isn’t accurate as they must verify/provide the pictures and description. Lastly, the location is very close to shopping but also near a brasserie which was quite loud.

We had a great time with the family the apartment had a lot of space great for a Family of 5, totally recommend it, very good location and staff was great. It seems like some parts of the room will need some TLC and renovations or changes soon.

WORST hotel
The worst hotel 1. DO NOT ORDER TAXI from the receptionist. Its a scammer taxi. I booked the taxi from receptionist to Palais de chaillot for 6am only 15mins ride and it charged us €75. I thought the hotel should know to order taxi from legimate company. It seems like the receptionist know the taxi driver as they have been speaking before the ride and they are planning on scamming us. 2. our toilet was blocked, we told the receptionist at 9am in the morning when we going out, when we are back to hotel at 5pm, nothing has been done at all. it didnt fixed until 2 days later

Property is centrally located. Staff is courteous. Clean rooms but furniture and fixtures are a bit dated. Paper thin walls provide no insonorisation, bed mattresses squeak and are uncomfortable and shower head handle should be replaced as the notch where it is secured has been weakened from use. The main asset is the hotel’s location and the stay was enjoyable as we were out and about Paris most of the day.

Great position for us. Room not large but had everything we needed for our short stay and we thought good value for the location. Our only issue was that the room was not serviced with rubbish removed on a daily basis. Admittedly we did not query this until checking out when we found it should have been done.

Air conditioner didn’t work even very hot day!!! Our twin bed room has only one table light of Sid of bed. We have stayed sane room one years ago and we claimed. Unfortunately nothing has changed. But staff are very friendly.

Great location. la fayette and printempts are within walking distance. receptionist johan was very helpful. speaks fluent english. rooms are very clean, comfy beds. there is also grocery store right in front of the hotel.

We really liked the area, close to everything we were after, shopping, cafe's, tourist attractions and transportation. The front of house staff were very helpful and attentive but housekeeping was very lacking. The hotel does require renovations as it's showing it's age. Would I stay there again probably yes as it's in the middle of everything we wanted. The rooms just need refurbishing to make it a top pick.
