"The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Every detail has been well thought out. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have ever experienced. Beds very comfy and very little noise. Location is perfect. And Fayçal the manager is the most attentive and thoughtful agent. He greeted us with champagne and dropped by a few hours later with a beautifully selected cheese plate. He greeted us upon arrival and carried luggage up the 2 flights. I also left an expensive watch behind which he found in...

"This property is in one of the best locations in Paris! I ended up needing to book a hotel room super last minute and they were so accommodating and friendly! "It’s an old hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like was the elevator. Two people can fit in unless they have luggage. I had to wait for other people to go up 2 at a time before I could go up. It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was just so small. The room was small but it was manageable. I loved the staff. The other room I ordered was wonderful. "

"We only stayed at this hotel for one night and had asked for early check in which wasn’t possible. They told us our room would be ready by 3 and they would let us know. We continued to wait in the lobby. My husband finally asked them around 3:45pm if the room was ready, to which they replied “oh yes, it’s been ready but we forgot to tell you”. That was super frustrating for us since we traveled that morning and had plans to see museums later in the day, which did not work out. The staff did make...

"The hotel is great and easy to get around to the sites. The staff was very attentive and concern for us. Only issue I have is we had mosquitoes and killed over 10 of them. Finally I sprayed Lysol around the window frame and it stopped. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and I would reture"
