“This was a very enjoyable stay! The staff was very welcoming and we plan to return. ”

“The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.”

“The best and most relaxing place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The property is beautiful and surrounded by flowers. The people that work here are amazing!”

“When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property.”

“We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us. Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. They are friendly and their communication was outstanding. We totally recommend this property and are looking forward to returning at a later……

“Stayed in this home for the weekend with two families (4 adults, 6 teenage kids). Layout was great for two families, or possibly more. The neighborhood was amazing. Middle of Paradise Valley at the base of camelback mountain. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to Sanctuary Resort. The house is dated and the layout is funky, but the location makes it easy to look past these things. The price reflected this. If modern finishes and design is important to you, you may want to……

“The codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.”
