“The best and most relaxing place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The property is beautiful and surrounded by flowers. The people that work here are amazing!”

“The hotel is very beautiful and unique, the only problem I had was that the air conditioning in the room froze because the staff left it at a very low temperature, and that night they had to change my room. It was very tiring. Everything else was perfect.”

“First off, Expedia should not even have this on their site. Apparently when you pay for the room through Expedia they do not process it completely and send it to the hotel. So then the hotel charges you whatever they want. You must give them a credit card at arrival. Second off, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Thirdly, the rooms are OLD!!!! They are a concrete cell basically. This was an all around BAD experience. ”
