“We returned just a couple weeks ago. Everything was just as told. Monique picked us up at the airport, making the transfer extremely easy. She even stopped us off at grocery and liquor store. The Villa was comfortable with two beautiful pools available. Viola's was a wonderful plus. A convenient place to stop for a drink or have a meal. The beach was easy to get to. We used taxis to get from place to place because walking was not an option for us, but that was even an easy thing to do. We……

“There were so many restaurants in the property. However, the reservations 2 weeks in advance were needed for some famous restaurants. We didn’t get to go to those ones (e.g., Fish, Nobu, etc.). Everything else was excellent!”

“I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing.……

“I liked that its located right next to the Atlantis. I didn't like that you couldn't walk across the Riu parking lot and enter into the back entrance of the Atlantis. You used to be able to do that a few years ago & now I wonder why you can't anymore.”
