“The Bear Den is an amazing house. Description of the house is on point. Beautiful house nice and relaxing. Great space for family and friends. Very clean. Plenty of space to park a trailer if you're snowmobiling. Would stay again. The hosts are very responsive.”

“I love the design of this unique space! I had one small issue get a faucet on and the owner was easy to reach and came right out and fixed it. I would definitely book this space again. I booked through Expedia, which created a problem with communications (VRBO told me I had details of my reservation, but when I tried to retrieve them, they weren't there). I had to chat with VRBO staff to get it straightened out. ”

“This was a wonderful place in an isolated area yet really central to the falls and other great places to visit in the eastern UP. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was easy to contact someone with questions and they responded quickly. And as a special treat, there was a Whip-poor-will on the deck the first night we were there. “Black Pearl has to be the best spot to stay in Paradise! It’s unassuming from the outside, but cozy and filled with everything you need on the inside! Fully equipped up-to-date kitchen, open to living area with comfy couch, tv, warm electric fireplace/heater and kitchen table. Separate bedroom also has an electric fireplace/heater with comfy bed.
