Perfect Palm Springs Getaway with Exceptional Host!
Our stay in Palm Springs was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to our phenomenal VRBO host! From the moment we booked, the communication was top-notch. Our host was attentive and incredibly detailed in every interaction, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and stay. The house itself was a dream. It was evident that our host had thought of everything to accommodate our group comfortably. The layout was perfect for our needs, and every room was prepared with guests in mind—plenty of towels, extra bedding, and even the jacuzzi heated for us when we arrived. Moreover, the attention to detail was visible everywhere, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. We truly felt at home, and it was clear that our host went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place. I can't recommend this VRBO enough. Great time but Disappointed!
Well this was my 50th day celebration with my four best girl friends. It started off rough with lack of communication from property manager Gloria. The door lock key is not clear on how to use took an awhile before it worked. We texted and called property manager but it took her a few hours to reply. Then we checked in and the pool and hot tub were not on and cold. That is why we re red the property. We specifically asked in advance based on past reservations to have that completed and manager replied it would be done. We called and texted again. Then again property manager called back hours later and we were out to dinner. My husband also intervened and got a call the next morning. Overall property was great but communication between guests and manager should have a response in a much better time frame. When you are on vacation things are new and things happen that need to be addressed sooner than later. We liked the property but communication lacked.

The house was beautiful, with lots of room. Well equipped and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed playing pool and would definitely recommend this place. You do need to have a car.

Desert perfection!
I had the pleasure of staying here in Dec 2023 with my wife and two kids, plus my brother-in-law's family, and it was just perfect! It's close to shops, restaurants, and the Living Desert is minutes to the south. The house easily accommodated 8 with exquisite, spacious rooms (esp the master br). We used the arcade game, pool table, and piano all weekend. Even though we chose not to have the pool and spa heated, the backyard had a nice ambience and the view of the sun rising and setting against the San Jacinto's made for some great family photos. Excellent host and property...totally worth the splurge.

The house was in a great location. The house was as advertised. The pool and spa were great. Check in process was perfect. Nice welcome with ice in the freezer and popcorn. Only suggestion would be a little more comfortable seating in the living room. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very beautiful. A couple of things could be a little better. We had trouble with the code on the front door as the instructions were not clear. The kitchen should have more than 4 place settings. The ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't working. After a call to the mgr. Ice was delivered along with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Everything else was very nice and we would return without hesitation.

Nice house with plenty of room. No dish towels or cleaning brushes and embarrassingly bad cutlery. Never seen cheaper or duller knives. Needs to have the patio extended to fit the lounge chairs. The lower oven was filthy as we tried to use it and got smoked out. Had to turn it off. 4 individual bedrooms. Very nice for 4 golfers.

Our family absolutely loved our stay and experience! The neighborhood was very serene and house accommodated all our needs, from the huge open kitchen to cook scrumptious meals with plenty of bar stools to eat, chat, and watch tv in the living room to, the pool and jacuzzi, outside bbq, casita was nice for privacy, and the pool table and arcade game to keep us entertained for hours. The communication with the owner was smooth. There were ample restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do around the Palm Desert area, and the owners booklet at the table located at the entrance had many great recommendations and guide from a to z.

Suburban solitude
The property is nice, and the backyard is great, with plenty of lounge chairs, a bbq area, and a pool and hot tub (which you can operate only if you pay the host an extra daily fee to heat it). But there are a few things to be aware of. First, the house is in a very quiet suburban neighborhood on a cul-de sac, not in a gated country club on a golf course. So you really feel like you are living amongst residents in a quiet neightborhood. Second, although the bedrooms are nice size (master is huge), none of the bedrooms in the main house have TVs, and although there was a TV in the guest cottage outside by the pool, there was no lock on the cottage door, which was a bit unnerving for the people sleeping out there. Third, there is only one living area in the house, connected to the kitchen, and it is small with only one small couch that seats 4 people and no chairs. So there isn't much room to watch TV as a family. Finally, the pool table is in tight quarters and not really functional because the pool sticks hit the wall with nearly every shot. The highlights of the house are the kitchen and backyard.

We loved the house- so spacious and appreciated the many bathrooms for our group of ladies! The property owner was helpful and responsive. The pool area is beautiful and private, and the casita is an added bonus! The only comment I would make is there could be more kitchenware- there were only 6 plates for our group of 7. Otherwise I would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome for what it is. The water heater situation was strange but we made it work just fine. Would have had a preference for a lock box for the key instead of the current process. Cost effective cabin in the woods for sleeping in and getting clean from being in the outdoors.

Can’t believe you don’t have the Golf Channel
Renting was quite easy and the property is good, just need to add the Golf Channel to your TV package, Since Palm Springs has nothing but golf courses l could only assume your tenants would like to watch.

Palm Desert getaway
Large, immaculate home, with many amenities, in a quiet neighborhood, near all kinds of hiking and activities. Worked wonderfully for our family. Beautiful mountain views and lovely landscaping; backyard pool, hot tub, and patio were terrific, with plenty of patio seating. Large kitchen, bar and dining table worked well for our meals. There is only a sofa in the living area, would like to see a couple of comfortable chairs added so people could sit together and visit. Also, for such a large home, could use a few more plates, bowls, and silverware. We were very satisfied with the host's quick and polite responses to any questions. Would highly recommend this home and would stay again.

Very spacious, modern, clean property. Would definitely come back. The only thing we could've used were more trash bags. There were only 4 small trash bags so we went and bought some more. Other than that, no complaints at all. We were very happy with our stay
