NEW Waterfront home, professionally decorated, never rented before, sleeps up to 12 adults (+2 kids) comfortably in 3bdr/2baths with spacious open space living, big dining area.

Amazing outdoor area with pool, Hot tub and 55" TV, deck on water, kayak, Paddle board. Watch Dolphins from the back yard.

Our amazing pool can be heated, per your request with an additional fees: 50$ per day x the whole duration of your stay.

Plenty of parking on driveway in addition to our 2 car garage

The house is a "Ranch" - all rooms are on the same floor which is great if you have older people in your group. It has a big spacious open living/dining area, updated kitchen and big dining table that can easily seats 12+

Perfect Getaway!
My stay at a stunning home in Palm Coast, FL was nothing short of spectacular. Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Outside space outstanding with pool, hot tub and dock. Liat was extremely responsive. Texted day before our arrival that hot tub wasn't working. Had it fixed evening of our arrival. Would definitely book again.

Nice place
The house is great and clean, and the neighborhood is really pretty with the canal. Hosts communicate well and gave me a call when I had trouble working the hot tub. Worked well for a larger group, there were plenty of beds, although we did have to compete for time in the 2 bathrooms. Pool and hot tub and dock all very clean and in good shape.

Great home, make note of a couple things
The home was excellent and worked out for our two week business efforts. We weee disappointed after booking of the up charge to heat the pool. Seems to be the standard with all bookings. The bigger bummer was we paid the premium to have a hot tub and even after filling it very night it emptied itself or was only half full. Unfortunately we worked from 8-8 almost every day and that kept us from talking to home owner who was out of the country. Lack of communication on our part. They likely would have fixed it or even offered a discount. Just word to wise if you are actually going for vacation it would be key. Great emails and explanations otherwise they even offered us to extend it one day if needed. All good and would be a great spot for a family break!

We stayed five nights with four adults. House was immaculate and matched online photos exactly. Initially we had difficulty with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive to help us troubleshoot and get it going! Cannot wait to return!

Thanksgiving Stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home on the canal. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool heating was to a perfect temp for all and the hottub was nice as well for the chilly nights. We highly recommend this house to other renters. Relaxing Family Time
This was our second trip to Palm Coast and our first at this property. The property was as advertised and our large family had a wonderful time. The beds were all very comfortable. Every room including the patio had large smart TV's so everyone could watch or play what they wanted. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. The dock, paddle board, and kayak were used frequently. Communication with the owner was easy and they were always very responsive. Highly recommended!

My whole family of eleven stayed three nights for my sons birthday and we stayed the remainder of the week just to relax and enjoy being away from work It was very relaxing and my kids loved the pool we only used the hot tub a few nights but it was nice to relax in it was a very quite neighborhood

A quiet and relaxing stay
Even with the few issues I had with not getting door codes to get in and the hot tub malfunctioning, the owner was very responsive after I called and sent her a text. Her and her husband went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues and had a handyman there in just a few hours of notifying her. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was cleaned and maintained very well. The pool is heated and hot tub was great when it worked They had everything you could possibly need during your stay.
