"This hotel is in the perfect location close to the centre of Palermo (everything is a short walk away). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful The room was well furnished and the bathroom beautiful. The breakfast was varied and the pastries AMAZING! Would highly recommend "

"Large room with large bathroom, very clean, convenient little fridge in our room. There was also a sink with cutlery, crockery, microwave and dishwashing utensils just out of our door. Seating area indoors and outdoors. All well kept, clean and very practical. Bus stop literally under our balcony. "

"We had a large comfortable room. The hotel is an old small hotel without an elevator and the stairs are steep. Silvia was so helpful and responded via messaging very quickly. There was no one at reception except when we met her the first morning. "

Large bathroom with very large shower with special lighting system, that you can easily program yourself, large fluffy towels. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Windows that open. Room air-conditioning. Refrigerator and safe in room. Simply Wonderful place to stay!!!"

"We stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent. The bathroom was large and contemporary. Giuseppe (owner) did a complete renovation in 2004-06. Location was within walking of almost all major attractions. Parking included. Breakfast was great. Giuseppe is a premier owner. When we got disoriented arriving by car, he met us and ushered us in. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation."

"The neighborhood is great and few meters to beautiful beach. Our Host Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She suggested and provided guidance for dining options. She also helped us to book cars for airport pick up and drop off. The breakfast is delicious, but we did not have time to fully take advantage. Pastry selection is great. Overall, the facility is what it is shown and no surprises. "

"We stayed at Mondello Martini as part of a family vacation to Sicily. Hostess Amanda was very helpful and spoke English well. The room was very large by European standards, with a king size bed in one room and a twin bed bunk in a semi-private alcove. Bathroom facilities were super clean and modern. Good air-conditioning - again very unusual for Europe. Lovely garden area. Gated safe parking which was a little tight when three cars were parked overnight. Nice location in a residential...

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
