“We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities were provided for inside and outside. This included a cooler, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Cam gave us a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and left us some bananas from his property.”

“Very nice 2 bedroom condo, the most completely kitchen-equipped than we've had. Note that this was an end unit, second floor, with one a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of deck space. ”

“There isn't a ton to do around here and it was raining but the property itself is clean and cozy and if you were able to go hike it would be an awesome location to stay. It was too rainy for us to do much of anything but the property was great!”

“Hi, Ellen. Thank you very much for the stay. Incredible views! It was spectacular to be at your place during the last blue moon. Would on have to turn my head to watch the moon set on the ocean while laying on the bed. If I were to suggest something, I would say: 1. Your place is so spectacular that I would suggest a light remodeling if you can. 2. I would not keep old food in the fridge from previous gets. Some dry spices at the cabinetry only. 3. Did miss that welcome coffee and a small bottle……

“We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! We booked this trip super last minute since we weren’t sure our schedule would allow it and the owners were so……

“The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom.”

“Great home base for our family (5 and 8 year old shared a room with their own twin beds), very close to many fun and kid friendly beaches. You can access resorts and golf courses nearby. And they had beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear available to use, plus the onsite tennis court included pickle ball equipment to play at your leisure. Lovely and comfortable layout and great communication with the property manager via Vacasa. Would definitely recommend!”

“Property was even better than advertised. Highly recommend esp for boogie boarding, beach activities. Loved the outdoor shower! House is great. Spent one whole day just relaxing on property itself. Neighborhood was quiet and worked out well, some rentals and some local residents and a good balance of each with a pleasant vibe. Host expectations were friendly and communicated clearly. We were grateful for their logistics support for checking in and out and the rental really made our stay in Kauai……

“While there was a slight miscommunication at the beginning of our stay, property management made it right immediately and then also provided complementary late check out. The property came with beach gear, which was in great shape. It also has an incredible view of the ocean out of the main bedroom as well as the lanai. Would stay here again with my family.”
