“The Hotel was fairly clean, the staff were wonderful. Cortez has some safety concerns and I would choose to stay in another town if possible. The breakfast was wonderful, hot and filling.”

“The room itself was clean and nice. The halls smell old and musty. The area of the hotel we were in was under renovation . The letter I received from the hotel AFTER making a non-refundable reservation follows. Pagosa Lodge is under extensive renovation, therefore we do not have a pool or hot tub. Nice deck to enjoy the view and watch hot air balloons in the mornings. The representative was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.
