Riverdance has central airconditioning and is a newly constructed townhome which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.

I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.

Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.

In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. Sleeping to the sound of rushing water
This home right on the river was a peaceful home base for a mother-daughter getaway. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the cozy blankets provided and listening to the sound of the river while watching geese. When it got chilly, we went in and turned on the fireplace. Our host had thought of every little detail.

Wonderful Stay!
We were so incredibly pleased with our stay at Riverdance! Beth has created a cozy, clean and inviting "home away from home". The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect with easy access to the ski resort and close to downtown shopping/stores. Beth was responsive to questions and super nice. Comfortable Place and Great Location
Very nice condo in a perfect location right on the San Juan River and walking distance to town and the Hot Springs. The property was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was also well stocked in the kitchen for all that you need to cook and plenty of amenities throughout the house. We had one problem while we were staying but Beth was super responsive and was over in under 20 minutes to address and resolve the concern. If you want to be close to town and on the river this is a great place.

This condo has all you need. Fireplace in mst was great in the winter. Kitchen was well prepared for cooked meals. Living space is a little small but for a week ski focused trip we didn’t need anything more. Easy check in and close proximity to the town. We would rent again. Thank you Beth.

Great Location
This was our second time staying at River-dance. The location is perfect. Close to town, but there is solitude and great views. The house is well appointed. There is nothing you would want for. We had perfect weather so we were able to enjoy the deck in mid October. It’s so relaxing to hear the river flow. It’s just a great place. Thanks, Beth!!

Had a fabulous time. Location was wonderful, easy to get around.
The driveway was a bit tight, I was driving my husbands truck, otherwise it was great. Located where it is made it easy to get around town. The view was beautiful. We didn't know where to go for dinner but Beth was easily available to recommend places.

My best friend and I stayed the weekend for my birthday to enjoy massages, hot springs and relaxation! This townhome is close to all of those amenities. The townhouse is super cute, clean and cozy! River Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River's Edge. Beth's place has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The views from the patio and bedrooms are incredible and mesmerizing. Beth’s place is everything plus that is in the description. She has everything you would ever need in a kitchen. Listening to the river run by just outside the deck was so calming. If I were to ever open a place to rent out I would contact Beth and have her lead me though the process of setting it up.

Loved this great place on the river
We loved this townhouse, especially sitting and watching the river from the balcony. We loved watching the wildlife out by the river earlier in the morning and then in the evening. Had all the dishes we needed, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. Lovely place and great communication!
