“la propiedad esta espectacular, sus jardines, restaurante, salon, habitaciones de 100. falta trabajar con los empleados, tuvimos dos acontecimientos no gratos, uno con la persona que atiende el ingreso al restaurante por la mañana y otra con personal de seguridad en el ingreso al hotel, todo lo demás es excelente, gracias .”

“This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe.
