"I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just...

"We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room."

"Apartment is located in Ventura approx. 10 min drive from MCO. Communication with property manager was really good. We stayed for 8 nights, enjoyed the pool that is right across the parking lot. Our downstairs neighbours were elderly lady's that greeted us every morning. Apartment is clean and we would come again."

"Attended convention. Super convenient location. Never drove more than 10 minutes to anywhere. Clean and comfortable. Only offset was no bedroom ceiling lights, so walked into dark bedrooms in the evenings (to turn in lamps). Also if you are arriving early, make a request in advance. We arrived at 1:30pm and room was not ready until 3pm (for a 4pm check in that I missed in the conformation)."
