"the water slide is unreal !!!!!!! walk out rooms right on the lake was amazing. the lovely lady who checked us in upgraded us for free to a lakeside view. it was amazing. we will definitely be back "

"We had a great stay! Comfortable accommodations and helpful friendly staff. Loved that there was underground parking to keep our vehicle out of the heat! Only area for improvement would be the condition of the lounge chairs on the beach. They needed a wash or spray down. Lots of dust and bird droppings. But we will definitely stay again when we are in Osoyoos. "

"We were very impressed with the room and of course the view was amazing. Everything was great, clean, fancy and well decorated and very comfortable. Maybe a note on how to operate the jetted tub, as it had been left on the spray nozzle and when we turned the tap on we got soaked as the spray nozzle sits straight up...aimed at you. We had a good laugh, but just a note on where to change that, would have helped. A couple of tea bags would have been nice, thankfully I had some. The coffee was good and sitting outside on the balcony was spectacular. Very nice room and we would definitely go back. Thanks for accommodating our check in that day, that was very helpful to us.
