Nice property
Nice neighborhood but difficult to maneuver in and out of subdivision. Lighting was complicated to use. Pool table sides were broken/loose and therefore not able to really use. Otherwise, nice place.

Loves the Location
The rental was super clean. The host got back to us right away. It was 5 mins away from Disney and anything else we had planned to do was no more then an 18 min drive. Our favorite was our late night swims and watching the fireworks of Magic Kingdom from the pool. Would diffently stay there again.

Awesome potential!
The house is as described. Location to the parks is perfect! The neighborhood is great. Our family enjoyed the club house and pool area very much. The property was super clean. There are couple quirks though… the ac situation is a bit uncomfortable put a lock on it if you don’t want it adjusted but be reasonable (72or above) is not reasonable for Florida. The game room mini split wasn’t working @ all so that was unusable(my family didn’t miss it all to be honest) The sliding glass door is in terrible shape and is very hard to open And the pool area in general is need of repair but again. We still enjoyed that area as well. This property really is nice but could be amazing if it was given a bit more TLC.

Magical Experience
This home allowed our family to have a magical experience on our Disney trip every room in this home is themed! Rooms are spacious, each room has its own bathroom which was a huge plus when coming home from walking all day at Disney themed parks!

Inflexible Rules
This vacation villa is very nice and well kept. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but certainly nothing out of the normal range of repairs for any home. We particularly liked the layout of the home for a family to relax and enjoy all the aspects of a Florida vacation! The only negative aspect of our stay was when we requested an entry pass for an additional vehicle. We were informed that because we had already been given a pass for 3 cars, we were not allowed to have a fourth because the rules forbid it. They wouldn't even allow us to replace one of the original vehicles that had gone home with another family member who had traveled from out of state for our reunion. I am in the senior generation, and I can remember a time when 'Customer Service' was never the exception to the rule! 🙁

Thanks again for your stay Steffin, we are sorry for the extra car but this is the rule from the community not us , when you informed us at 2 pm on your last day it was too late for us to change it the community doesnt allow us , we clearly explained that on the check in information. We hope to see you next year

February Vacation
House was spacious, clean and everything we needed/wanted for our week long vacation. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool as an added bonus and the ability to play air hockey in the garage. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and too small to fit our family for our planned movie nights. The sliding door to the pool was also a bit tricky to get to open and close but on the bright side, it helped ensure our toddler couldn’t escape out to the pool! Communications were quick and easy. The layout of the house was the best I have ever seen. The clubhouse was also great! Decent food, fast service and very warm pool water for this time of year. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to any family looking for a cozy spot to stay for their Florida vacation!

Great location!
Overall we were happy with our stay here. The location was great and an easy drive to the Disney parks. The house was the perfect size and layout for our family trip. The owners were very responsive with all of our messages. Check-in process was easy. We had issues with the hot tub heat which was disappointing as we paid extra for it, there was one night it wouldn’t turn on at all and the other nights it took such a long time to get warm that we didn’t get much use out of it. The house wasn’t quite up to my expectations of cleanliness. There was a large stain on one bed and another had stickers on the comforter indicating the blankets weren’t laundered. My family that I traveled with has rented many VRBO houses and we were surprised with the lack of supplies, we had to purchase toilet paper because there was only one roll per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the whole house. These are small issues but things we haven’t experienced with other rentals we’ve had. All in all, it was a nice house that we enjoyed and we loved the artwork!

We stayed here while our daughters competed in the Cheer Nationals. This house was only 10 minutes away, and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive, and extremely nice and accommodating. The house was perfect. I would come back, and would definitely recommend this house to others.

Florida warm getaway
This house was perfect for our family, Grandparents, parents, aunt and 2 small children. The Mickey room downstairs was very covenient for the 4 year old. Love that we each had our own bathroom, and the pool was a big hit. Location was perfect as we just did small attractions nearby such as mini golf, shopping and plenty of dining options. Would definitely recommend this neighborhood. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all a great week! Thank you.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The property was in a great location and we were able to see the theme park fireworks from the patio area. The house was cleaned and had plenty of space. We did not care to much for the couch it was nice but a little small to my liking. Also you have to pay attention to the lengthy check in email, i missed the part about paying extra fot the pool to be heated. That was my biggest issue because the spa was one of the main reason we booked. I think it should be an option before checking out on the main page, but thats just my opinion. I definitely would book again. Michael response times far exceeded my expectations.

Nice property with very responsive host. The line to get in through the gate was long and slow at 3:30 pm on the day before Thanksgiving. Hopefully that isn’t a problem most days. The people at the gate and at the community pool were very nice and helpful. The location was terrific. We were doing Disney Wide World of Sports and could get there in less than 15 minutes.

Perfect for our family!
We loved the Disney decorations and the set up of this home! The pool was a perfect way to spend the evening relaxing after our fun days at the theme parks. I didn't think it would need to be heated, since it still seems so hot in FL, but it did and our request was filled within a day! Thanks for the great communication! Our GPS takes us (and others) to a gate that is not the main gate, so note the address of the main gate to enter. Thanks for helping to make this a fun, family vacation! (The air hockey table needs to be either replaced or taken out, but not a big deal for us!) Clean, fun, perfect!

Could use a little sprucing up
All in all we loved our time here. I try to not be too critical, I’m only renting it not buying it. The gate entry was really messed up. They need to get their stuff together. Issues with my son coming in a rental car. Issues with Ubers. Whatever. Thankfully we didn’t need to heat the pool. We didn’t rent the grill. Very expensive to use a couple of times. Cheaper to eat out. The pool and jacuzzi were nice the kids loved it. But it needs a power washer to remove the black mold around the pool. Not inside the water but on the cement edge. The lanai door can be difficult to use if you open it too far. Could be because the track was super dirty. Its about time for the interior of the house to get a new paint job. Or at least the white trim. The shower in master bedroom on main floor could use some shelving. Difficult to bend down to get shampoo conditioner etc off the floor. For whatever reason the bar soap would always slide off. I didn’t check out the other showers/tubs but I heard no complaints. These are all little minor issues. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It was perfect for the 3 married family members. The twin 4 year olds (boy and girl) stayed in the twin room upstairs by their mom and dad. The downstairs Minnie Mouse twin bedroom wasn’t needed but we did take the bedspread off and switched it with a Mickey mouse bed spread for the upstairs Mickey mouse room that they slept in. That made them very happy. these are little things. All in all we LOVED the hous

I don’t have any complaints. The property was amazing from the interior to the pool. Beautifully decorated, great layout, convenience of a bathroom per room, great game room and beautiful outdoor space. The checkout process was even the simplest one I’ve had out of all of my Florida stays at other vrbo homes. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A Beautiful
I had a weekend family getaway and could not be more pleased with the house. From the moment we walked in, we were taken away by the view from the living room sliding doors. The house was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, with wonderful amenities. The pool was clean and the game room, though a little warm, was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and having an on suite for every single one of the 5 bedrooms was very convenient. We had plenty of room for all 7 of us and truly loved and enjoyed the property. The home looked just like the pictures. The only issue I would say I had was upon arrival was there was a few things that weren’t in the best conditions or operating. I normally don’t check for these things since while on vacation we just use the home to sleep. I would just suggest for future stays, that a list of things that aren’t operating or in good condition be made so that upon arrival one is made aware of. Thank you.

Great size with ample space. Suggest you bring silverware. While the property has it, there were only 3 or 4 spoons. Not enough for a large family. Great location close to all parks and shopping. You can see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom from the pool.

Property manager is VERY responsive and we enjoyed our stay--the heating of the pool makes ALL the difference in the world it's worth paying extra for. Make sure you adhere to the house rules with regards to the A/C!!!

The house is nice and perfect for a family. Close to Disney and decorated as such. The only issue we had was we paid for the pool to be heated and it was not. After some back and forth with the owner a $70 refund was given.The owner told me he was going to fire the pool person because of my complaint, somehow trying to make me feel guilty for the pool person losing their job. Completely unnecessary to say that to me.That is between the owner and his employee not something that should ever be said to a guest/customer. That being said, the house is clean, plenty of space and a good location. Just know you could have an issue with the pool.

Perfect hours for family to go to Disney. Our 1 year old had everything she needed, including high chair, baby forks and pack and play. Hot tub does not get warm enough but was aware of that so it was no big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house, big hassle at gate
The house was very clean and as advertised, with the exception of the hot tub and pool, which despite paying extra to have heated, were not the least bit warm. The process of getting through the gate was a terrible hassle each and every time and is a dealbreaker for future stays.

The beginning of our stay started with messages from the owner who forgot that we paid for early check in and the messages were sent in a very harsh tone. He also messaged about calling security for the number of cars there, but these were cars dropping things off and we only had one car as we said. It set a very uncomfortable tone at the start. Otherwise, the property is fine. A little outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. But it had the space we needed and the location was good.

Great location!
Perfect location for visiting the parks. We could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the backyard! Large home - we were 2 families totaling 10 people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Plenty of room!!! Community amenities - looked spectacular. We didn’t have time to use them but we will definitely make the time next time!
