Went with the family for the weekend, arrived late after working in Miami. The air conditioning was auto set at 78 and unable to charge, the worst part no response from the front desk. Horrible night for my 2 kids, the next day left to the parks and once back spoke with front desk, the room temperature was 81, they offered sending a technician to the room. Preferred to leave and lose the prepayment. At the end it’s only my own fault, you get what you pay!

Housekeeping was more pleasant when ever I saw them. We stood 4 nights not one time they knocked on my door. (Housekeeping)
Front desk on my first day was rude. Web site said early check in available for $25, yet we ask she said $45. Beside that room was clean no microwave but we had an electric stove useless no pots to cook with. Refrigerator was good. A lot of police activity within the hotel. Not my first time in orlando. Last hotel was also a resort nice with same things. 2 stars

The staff was very disrespectful the hotel rooms were dirty the lights were flickering on and off there was roaches and bugs in the room the bed sheets were clean the dryers don’t dry your clothes all the way so you will have to do a it second time . 0/10 do not recommend to much problems cops going in and out of the hotel property.

The property was fine, I definitely didn’t feel very comfortable leaving my car but parked it in the frame of a camera on purpose. The walls were pretty much paper thin and we could hear everything, cars, people, traffic, etc. the front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. It was fine for a quick one night stay, but would not stay for anything longer than that.

Muy comodo, accesible, economico y centrico. bajo esta administracion las habitaciones tienen hornillas, microhondas y una nevera muy comoda. Lo unico que mejoraria seria la disponibilidad de toallas o simplemente llevar. sin duda alguna volveria.
