Great house and close to Disney!
The property was clean and the pool was heated. All of the tables were set (like a model home), which posed a little bit of an issue when sitting down for meals, but we moved the dishes around to make room to eat. Our whole group enjoyed the game room.

Perfect stay!
I did waaayyyyyy too much research to find just the right place for our group of 8 and so thankful we made the right choice! This place was squeaky clean, well organized and an exact March for what we were looking for. Sooo clouse to the Disney parks, shopping and great neighborhood amenities. We will definelty stay here again for our future travel plans to Orlando! Manager was great and speedy responses!

Beautiful home in a quiet & secure neighborhood
A lovely and very clean home that is just as pictured in the listing. The gated neighborhood is safe and was very quiet during our stay. Child friendly but it was also a perfect location for our group of only adults to relax. We liked that there were no bunk beds and everyone got their own bathroom. The home is on a very low traffic street near the back of the neighborhood, it has a bigger lot than many allowing more privacy in the backyard. The location is just a few minutes from Animal Kingdom. Communication with the owner was great and we would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely House Close to Disney Parks
This property was lovely. Exactly as it looks in the photos. My adult children loved going in the pool after long days at Disney. We were close to all the parks, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Home
The accommodations were wonderful, lots of room for our family of 10 and wonderful location close to all of Disney/Universal and Shopping locations. The pool was great. Scott was extremely helpful and very responsive as this was our first time to Florida. First class host and cannot wait to book it again. Scott was very patient with all our questions AND we were caught up in possible hurricane weather and he was really helpful and accommodating. Best host by far!!!!

A sensational stay!
I cannot say enough good things about the villa! The description was extremely accurate and the place was absolutely spotless. We had everything we needed and more. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. This was by far the best villa we have stayed in before at Windsor Hills. I cannot fault anything at all and communicating with the owner was a pleasure. We cannot wait to book our next stay!

Wonderful Stay
We were here for 10 days. Perfect location to visit all Disney parks, universal parks and was only just over an hour to Busch. Locally loads of shops and food joints. The property was clean, wonderfully furnished and the pool was perfect. So much space! The games room was a triumph and pool competitions were held as well as fifa on Xbox. The complex is secure and clean. No negative feedback at all and communications with the owner were clear and quick. For any Brits, it’s not listed but there is a kettle!

The house was very accommodating and clean, the property is located very close to the parks and other attractions. The community has a clubhouse with pool and water slides that was great for adults and children. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We have had some bad experiences before, and was so relieved when we walked through the door. Everything was perfect!! The home was beautiful. Everything super clean, and inviting. Our kids hardly wanted to leave !! We all can't wait to come back again !!

Beautiful home close to Disney
Overall our family of 9 were very pleased with our home away from home for 8 days. The house was very clean and in good repair. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the water park and playground. All communication with the property manager was responded to immediately. This place is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. The twin beds on the upper floor would be uncomfortable for most adults. Aside from a glitch with the pool heater which overheated the pool our stay was very enjoyable.

Nice place with lots to do. We had very busy time with Disney that we didn’t even make it down to the water park. On our “down” day we just stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool/ hot tub. Scott was very helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

Pots and pan need to be replaced and check in time is to late and check out to early for the price you pay and there should be more information about pool when you need to heat it other wise for a few issues with the home we had a nice stay,

Great location but check out process is a hassle!
The home was beautiful great amenities as well. The checkout process was lengthy and not worth the hassle during a family vacation. If you want the pool warm, there’s no information that tells you you must request someone to come up and cut on the heater and the heater takes approximately 30 hours to warm pool.

Amazing property
What a great place to stay. Great proximity to Disney World. The house was a good size with good space and a cool games room for all. The amenities available were spot on and the service from Scott was prompt and accurate. I’d highly recommend staying here. We for 6 adults and 4 children in with no issues.

Very comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Kids loved the pool. Quiet neighborhood. We have stayed at multiple vacation homes and how problems are handled is a very important part of our decision to reserve. Any concerns were quickly addressed by Scott the property manager. His quick and professional response were very much appreciated. The resort itself lacked a full service restaurant and bar. There was a limited market place that had the basic needs. Supermarkets are very close by along with many other retail stores. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience!
Everything from booking the property through our stay was fantastic. The home was nice and exactly as pictured online. Communication from the property manager was timely and professional. We had a minor issue with the heat system and after we contacted the property manager, Scott, the issue was handled as soon as possible. Our entire family, including our kids and grand kids had an amazing time at this Windsor Hills property. The next time we travel to Florida, we hope this property will be available!

Great stay
From start to finish, booking a stay here was very quick and easy. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful. The house itself was great and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and so nice for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. A highchair and two pack n plays are available to use. Disney parks were a quick drive away. Overall I recommend the house and we would stay here again!

We are so glad we chose this property at Windsor hills. Scott was helpful and quick to reply when we inquired how the property faired through hurricane Ian (all was well). What originally secured our booking was everyone’s ratings and comments about how clean the property was and that was our #1 deciding factor. We are very glad we booked here because the cleanliness and upkeep was great and location really was fantastic. The house has plenty of space with two kids bedrooms, both with twin beds upstairs. We plan to rebook this house when we visit again!

Great experience!
We had a great time for the first time renting this property and would definitely rent again. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for all to enjoy! The only drawback I would say is the limited supply of toiletry items. I did bring extra dishwasher and washer pods as only 1 is supplied. Also brought dryer sheets. Had to buy trashbags, toliet paper, napkins, and tissues. 3 trashbags were supplied and only 1 role of toliet paper for each bathroom. There were no napkins or tissues. These amounts are definitely not enough for 1 week for 10 people, Otherwise everything was wonderful!

Starter toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap are provided. Any additional paper towels, toilet paper or soap that is needed will need to be provided by the guest. Family Vacation!
We had the best time! Everything was very clean, comfy and close to all parks, etc. I did not have a chance to read all the check-in details prior to arrival, however the owner immediately took care of us (Thanks!). The game room and pool/cuzzi was great after a long day! The last day worked out well, with our flight being in the evening, we were able to enjoy the on-site community waterpark. We would defiantly recommend this beautigul home!

This house is beautiful! My husband and I, live in Georgia, took his family, who visited from Oregon to Disney and decided to rent this place out for the 5 days we were in town and we all LOVED it! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and we loved the fact that each one had its own restroom. My 9yo loved the pirate/Neverland themed room and the game room. The kitchen has everything you possibly need and it’s a plus that they even leave you some coffee, sugar, snacks and tea in case you forget to bring your own. Walmart is also right down the street which is a huge plus. I also noticed there were bags of ice in the freezer for a cooler if needed. Just overall it was wonderful! We could’ve just stayed in there all day and had a great time at the pool if we wanted to, unfortunately it was not in our itinerary but we know exactly where to stay now next time we visit!

Amazing End to the Summer
Arrived with my family for a four day trip (four adults & four kids). This residence as well as the community met and exceeded our expectations. There was more than enough room for everyone in the home and Scott replied promptly to every message. Great pool and amazing lounge area in garage. We had a great time. Family get together from Colorado, Texas, and Connecticut. It was a short distance from Disney and it was so nice to have our private pool to relax in at the end of our day. Also having so many conveniences that we have at home.

Amazing house and location for Walt Disney World
We have rented properties in SC and FL every summer for vacation since 1999, and this was the cleanest yet, as well as the 1st bug-free house. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with equipment and utensils to prepare and eat home-cooked meals. Absolutely WONDERFUL home!

We love staying at Windsor Hills, given the easy access to Parks, and this house was one of the best we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, pool/hot tub was great, and I loved the layout of the house. Scott was readily available when questions arose and we had no problems during our stay. Minutes from everything!
First the property manager Scott was on point in all aspects, he provided very prompt responses prior to our trip as well as during out stay. This gated community is quiet and you feel very safe once you enter. The guards were extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy there jobs. As for the house it is exactly has described. Just like anywhere you stay the beds are not a comfortable as home but they get the job done once you can get over the sound of the plastic mattress protector, which is there for obvious reasons...The kids loved the pool, even when the temp was 45 degrees out and raining, they were in it! I wish I didn't have to pay fee to have it heated but it was totally worth it. Without the heater on, the pool would of been unusable as our stay was during the last week of January and of course the coldest Florida has been in 4 years. My wife and I enjoyed the pool table it was fun kicking back with her and just shooting pool. My wife's only gripe when we arrived was there was only one roll of TP per bathroom and only a small roll of paper towels. She felt more should have been provided for a weeks stay. But honestly if needing to by a small pack of TP and paper towels was the worst thing about our stay, I would say it was a success! Now full disclosure prior to your arrival you do receive a rundown of what is provided when you arrive and it did state exactly what was provided on the toiletries. I just didn't read it prior to arriving. Now for the location, you couldn't ask for a better spot. You are literal 2 minutes from a Walmart, a very very busy Walmart at that. I would recommend not going there... But besides that you are literally 10 minutes from anything you can think of, a nice (not busy) Target, a bunch of clothing stores as well as what felt like hundreds of places to eat. Traffic is of course all relative to when you stay but it took less than 10 minutes to get to every single Disney park parking entrance. On five separate days. It took about 15-20 minutes to get home from every park. All in all we would certainly recommend this property for your stay in Florida!
