Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, spa, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking inside is prohibited, but allowed outside the screened pool area.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

Parking: dedicated guest parking on left side of driveway.

The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful! We were in the water most every day…sparkling clean and nice and warm. The hosts checked by text to see if we needed anything during our stay and supplied our requests . If you need Uber or Lyft it was easy to get service. We certainly enjoyed our time there and returned home rested and relaxed. Thank you Bunker and Kathy!!

The room was nice, laundry and all was great. The only issue I had was with the bed being fairly uncomfortable. It didn't seem to have great support for my back and that made sleeping soundly tough. Otherwise the stay was nice. My decision to leave a few days early were due to the bed.

Very nice owners. We had a “next day” stressful appointment in the area. We had hoped to enjoy the hot tub to talk about the procedures coming up the next morning. The owner showed us how to turn on the heat and then wait 40 minutes for it to be heated. We did this and enjoyed it alone. We went for dinner and my anxiety of the next day facing cancer treatment was on my mind. We wanted to return and be alone, hop in hot tub and unwind before sleep. As we arrived back- the owner had music playing and was in the hot tub. I inquired as to when we could have use of the hot tub. He said he was “unwinding and we were welcome to join him”. I declined and he said he would get out when his wife got home. 45 minutes later - we decided to go out - as we walked out- he left the area. We stayed a few minutes and then went to bed. It was disappointing. We chose this home for the stated private use of pool and hot tub. The hot tub should definitely be private! Very nice people. The accommodations are perfect. I recommend that the owners let guests have privacy. Dr. A Albright.

Amazing place and the hosts were so nice!
When we got there we were greeted by the host and were offered to hang out with them for a party they were having. They were great with comunication and so friendly. The room was great so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa was always available and was amazing. Overall everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again!

THE STAY WAS OK, ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE. I BOOKED THE STAY THINGING IT WAS PRIVATE FROM THE MAIN HOUSE AND I DIDNT THINK PEOPLE WOULD BE THERE WHILE WE STAY. THE BED IS NOT SET UP FOR PLUS SIZE PEOPLE'S. THE POOL WAS DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE THE HOT TUBA WAS BROKEN AND I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY NOTICE OF THIS HAPPEN AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE MAIN REASON I BOOKED THE STAY. HOWEVER, NEXT PLACE I BOOK ILL PAY CLOSER ATTENTION ON WHAT IM LOOKING FOR. WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN PROBABLY NOT. I COULNDT GET MY NASTY FREAK SIDE WITH MY LADY KNOWINGLY OTHER'S WAS RIGHT NEXT DOOR AND COULD HEAR. I BOOKED FOR TWO NIGHT AND DIDNT STAY THE WHOLE TRIP. SO, I LOST OUT OF MONEY. Quiet and cozy neighborhood
This property is located in a nice little quiet neighborhood about 33 minutes from Disney. We didn’t know this was a property that the owners would also be present at (my fault for not realizing) but the host ended up being very kind and courteous. We barely saw or heard him. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The property was extremely clean and well kept. There’s a pool located right outside your entrance.
