We had a pleasant stay.
House was clean and well stocked. I was unable to get the TV in the master bedroom to operate, but since I brought my DVD player, that was not a major problem. We had a problem with the pool on arrival and, after calling the maintenance number I was provided with, that was rectified right away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, we had plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this property.

Great Location
It was a great place for our family getaway. Everything was close by and the accessibility to food and shopping were only minutes away. The property we stayed at was very well maintained and I would definitely come back again.

Great location!
We loved staying at this property, and it was in a great location to everything we did. The neighborhood is also very quiet, which was amazing for relaxing. The Premier Resort management team was amazing, and very prompt. My only recommendation would be to add some additional measuring spoons and smaller spatulas for the cooking area. I would also let renters know that they will need to buy all of their cleaning products, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel. I thought we would get at least two, but I was glad that I checked before heading to the store. Not a huge deal, but nice to know before visiting.

Great place to stay with family and a great in-between for Disney parks and Universal Studios parks.
Our stay overall was very satisfying. The property is nice and worked well for our group of 8. Overall cleanliness was good, however they good use some quality control on ensuring the unit is fully clean before check in. We had multiple dishes that were very dirty yet put away clean, the dishwasher was left with dirty dishes, and towels were left in the dryer instead of being put away. Not really major things. The wifi listed in our check-in email was not correct and never did get the right one to be able to connect. Thankfully we were able to turn on hot spots on our phones for our kids to connect to in the evening when winding down before bed. We Still had a great experience during our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay
This is the second time staying here and really enjoyed it. The pool is nice to hang around in the day or night. The kitchen is nice, so we decided to make Thanksgiving dinner there instead of going out. Next time we go on vacation, and if it is available, we would stay again.

Great property, great location.
Property is well kept, rooms were comfortable, communication with property management was on point, and response to requests were managed promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, specially being a dog friendly unit. The unit has very good appliances, great A/C, and the pool was set up with enough outside seating for the family to enjoy while relaxing. Only items I would have to address relate to housekeeping: towels were dirty with toothpaste and hair (we washed all the towels), first floor bath had hairs in the shower (had to clean the shower), and I know it is a pet friendly unit, but they need to pay attention to the living room; we sat on the couch and were left full of white hairs from pet of previous visitors, we used a lint roller to remove the hair off of the couch. Overall our experience was a good one for our 6 night stay, and if available, would stay here on our next visit to Orlando.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, AWESOME TIME! PRAYFULLY SEE YOU AGAIN 2024, IF IT'S GOD'S WILL🙏
Truly a beautiful rental property well maintained, each and every room was very nice and clean, loved the artwork, spacious with awesome sleeping comfort, the pool was enjoyed! There was some minor issues found upon our arrival, lower part of handle on microwave door broken, tv remote battery cover missing, sink stopper's for the kitchen, downstairs bathroom no stopper or drain catcher, fridge could have been cleaned better the freezer had frozen bloody ice on the bottom, ice tray smelly, food crumbs/particles in the fridge which I called 3xs to report, left a message for a return call back with my cellphone# and ever received a call back 😣 just wanted to report issues. First time cooking I pulled a large DIRTY FRYING PAN FROM UNDER THE CABINET, DIRTY, BURNT ON FOOD.😣 We were right next door to the Medieval Castle 🏰 awesome time! Close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, amusement parks, flea markets, family for a gathering in the area! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, God's will, we plan to return 2024.

Nice stay, with a few glitches
We visited in June with 4 adults, one child, and a dog. Overall it was a nice vacation, but there are a few things I'll call attention to for anyone considering booking. First... The Pros: -The place was spotless and very well appointed! -The A/C worked very well and there were 2 units, so it stayed quite comfortable -The beds were comfy -Everything else worked as expected (hot water, TVs, Internet, etc.) -We very much enjoyed the pool, which was clean and the perfect temperature The Cons: -The check-in at the front gate was strange and confusing. The security guard asked us to push a call button and then wait for someone to answer to confirm we had a reservation...we were on hold for quite a while and at one point they hung up on us? So weird. -We got the voicemail each time we tried to call (once to inquire about bringing our dog and one to ask for an early check in, which was later denied) -The process for bringing a pet. There's a $100 pet fee. That's to be expected, but on top of that there is a $400+ deposit (!!!) required. We didn't know about that until we were already literally there. They also ask you to fill out quite a lengthy "pet profile" that asks for everything from your pet's complete vaccine records to your home insurance info. Sorry....I don't normally bring that with me on vacation? Oh, and it charged us another $20 to simply submit the pet profile. -The road noise. The property backs up to a busy road and besides the regular (annoying) road noise, apparently this road is also a playground for morons drag racing and doing donuts. ALL. HOURS. OF. THE. NIGHT. I was awakened at 3 in the morning every single night, along with everyone else in our party. Considering there was only a small fence between the complex and the road, I was actually scared for our safety at one point. I know the last point is no fault of the property managers, but that would definitely deter me from staying here in the future. Otherwise, thanks for providing a clean and comfy place for our vacation.

Easy process. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities, but stopped by the clubhouse and were informed of everything available and hours. Close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend.

Good place!!
We enjoyed the home-my only “complaint” was that it wasn’t very clean when we arrived (floors were dirty-food left in couch/between couch cushions) but other than those small details it was very good for what we needed it for! A few general cleaning supplies would have been nice to have (hand soap, paper towels, etc) but I bought those and left behind for the next guests! The kids all enjoyed the community pool and all staff was very helpful and kind! Cute decor, nice spaces for the two families we had staying there!!!

Great place….few problems
The home was wonderful and worked for our family and friends. Clean and conveniently located to local attractions. When we arrived, the trash bin outside the door was full and was not picked up for the whole week. We had to drive our trash to the trash compactor every other day and the trash was overflowing there as well. (not owners fault) The other issue we had was with the pool. It was working fine when we arrived Monday afternoon although a bit chilly. I messaged the owner that evening to add pool heat to our bill. I paid the invoice and was assured that heat would be turned on the following morning. It was not and the pool pump had stopped circulating as well. I again messaged the owner and was told a technician would come out. We did not see a technician till Friday morning. He fixed the pump and the pool began to heat up. We enjoyed the pool for that one day and the next day our vacation was over. Thank goodness there was a community pool on the premises so the kids could still enjoy water play.

I loved that the property had it's own pool. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities not even mentioned. It was in a good location. What I did not like was the pool at the house was not clean I think the filter or the pump was not working so water was very stagnant and had some slimy residue in it. Also not the fault of the owner of property but Bela Vida has to do something about the trash pick up. I only saw one compactor and it was full of trash everywhere. Also trash around the properties which there are a lot of raccoons because of all the trash. Overall my the rooms were nice and very roomy. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean.

There was a lot to do in the area. It was nice hanging out by the pool/patio swimming and having a good time with family. We actually wanted to stay one more night but it had already been rented. It didn't look like they swept the floors/stairs which means they probably didn't mop but we swept and mopped and it wasn't a big deal. We have already booked the place again for November.

It was great
We had a minor hiccup at the beginning getting property and accessing the home but once we did all was well. It was exactly as pictured online. Plenty room and space for a much bigger party it was just my husband and I and our dog. All In all we enjoyed our stay.

Filthy and over complicated
First off I paid for an early check in and when I showed up and entered the door code nothing worked after an hour of back-and-forth we’re trying to figure out who to contact I got a callback from a third-party customer service department who after trying everything to change the door code or find the correct door code eventually gave up and allowed me to use the maids key that was hidden. When we finally got into the house it was filthy there was hair all over the floor from the previous renter. All but one of the ceiling fans were covered in dust. Caked up to the point where they look like they have not been cleaned in months. All of the bedding add small bits of dirt and random hairs throughout. The kitchen stove was still covered in grease spatter from the previous renter. The fridge smelled like refuse. Was promised that something would be taken care of in the matter of a refund of some sort by the rental manager at check out. That never happened. On the last day right before check out was the final contact asking if I was going to be out on time because I spent the last half hour of our time there cleaning up the garbage that the raccoons got into because the screened in porch outback is not secure. Overall I would say stay away from this place and stay away from Premier rentals.

Our only complaint and really truly the owner can do nothing about it but when you're sitting outside by the pool there's a lot of road noise because the main road it's right there on the other side of the wall. Also B Resort is located close to a airport and a lot of air traffic flies over all day and all night

Perfect for the family!
We loved our stay! The themed rooms were a massive hit with the kids! The townhome had everything we needed except for the groceries which we quickly purchased right down the street. The pool was clean and perfect after a long day being tourists. The neighborhood was secure (security officer checking IDs at the gated entrance) and the facilities were amazing. Kids loved the giant pool at the clubhouse too! Highly recommend!

Overall our stay was good. Property was very clean and in great condition. We cleaned up after we left. Unfortunately, they were quick to charge my card for a missing toy that we had placed in one of the side cabinets in the bedroom so that our kids would not play with it. I don’t think they even checked any of the drawers. There were a few items there left by previous renters. Also, the trash outside townhouse was never picked up when we checked in so it was an eyesore and night animals we’re getting into them. I tried to call property manager and sent multiple emails regarding the charge but never got a response.
