The property had all the amenities you need to have a great vacation! It was clean and quiet. It was close to everything walking distance and less than 10 minutes drive. The villas don’t do housekeeping during your stay but with one phone call they get you your toiletries and linens. I had no issues and all staff I encountered were an absolute pleasure.

DUMPSTER FIRE * BEST PLACE TO RUIN YOUR VACATION 1) At the time of checking in no one explained the checkout time or anything. If you are Hilton honors member but booked your trip by using expedia or any other way, you dont get points or anything…Well hello if thats the case why even bother listing your property with 3rd party websites? And btw this one was a lie as I just had booked a room for a week using amex at different property and voila they didn’t have any problems. So issue is with the nasty front desk at this property. Trust me you would have better staff than this even at Motel6 or Super8 2) In the middle of the stay water was gone for 4 hours, and the front desk called at 10:57 to notify you about water is going to be shut at 11:00..So you will get whole 3 mins to figure it out. (Their response water line broke, ok accepted things could go wrong but at least try to be respectful when notifying guest about it.) the front desk lady was extremely rude, common you are the one working in hospitality industry learn some manners, and be courteous or work somewhere where no direct human interactions are needed. 3) Supposedly their checkout time is 10:00am (Most Orlando properties are at least 11:00 and some of them are even 12:00) but they would forget to tell you about it at the time of check in and there would be no courtesy reminder at 10:00 or prior to that so they can THREATEN you for late checkout fees. At least the manager was respectful and understanding.

The staff was very great at this location we checked in very late at night and they were very accommodating to us place was super clean super quiet and so comfortable pool was awesome for the kids hot tub was great for us adults and they even had a water slide love it will be back

When we arrived the receptionist Britney wasn’t very friendly. When arriving to a location you’re going to stay for a week, your first interaction with the resort is important and she didn’t seem to want to be there. It’s very close to Disney so that was super convenient. They offer life vest at the pool which is really nice. The room itself seemed really clean but the floor needed to be mopped. It looked clean but walking barefoot would leave your feet black. The balcony is really nice, it had a fan and it was a nice stay. You can easily text guest service for more toiletries. We’d stay here again.

Front of house staff were so rude, they were very slow at checking in and then if you just asked any simple questions the attitude was horrendous or you’d ave them completely ignore you are and walk into the back office. Let down what could be an amazing property to stay in

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and waterslides were awesome! The kids’ park and games/activities seemed fun, but the kids didn’t have time to try them. The villa was beautiful, lots of natural light The beds were comfortable. Spacious balcony The inside of the sofa bed and the floor were dirty. The lights did not turn on in the ensuite bathroom. (At least the lights in the main bathroom functionned)

Excellent property. Easy to access. Rooms were very clean and in great condition. The property has 2 pools that are spotless. Huge hot tub at just the temperature. Front desk personnel were friendly and courteous and were very helpful with a problem we had with a sick child. We will use Orbit One Vacation Villas on our next trip to Florida.
