It was nice except there was a couple agueing at 4;30 am had no consideration. We got no sleep it went on for hours.slamming doors and being real loud. We were so exhausted that day. I went to the front desk but no one was there.

I reserved my room ahead of time and when we arrived we were told that there was no rooms available. We were given a refund but we have to go off on our own to find another hotel in the middle of the night on memorial day weekend. The staff seemed uncaring about the situation they put us in. The manager Steven Zuravin just gave us a generic response to our compliant but offer no real resolution or care.

The hotel is not bad the location is good, but right now it’s too busy too noisy you can’t relax or rest people talking to loud kids screaming in the next room wake up us at 5:30am. Thank you! We not deserve that…

Rosete,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for our hotel, I am sorry to hear that noise was a problem during your stay, we try to monitor hallways noise during quite hours with your feedback we will pass this along to the front desk to make sure we are walking the halls more to ensure this doesn't happen again.
