Checking in was easy… staff reached out to you to make sure your experience was a good one, or if you needed anything and facilities ( pool.. out doors.. fitness center) was great!! Thank you again for a great vacation 😊

This Hilton Vacation Club property is starting to show it's age. We were there for 3 nights and saw the same litter on the grounds for our entire stay. There was also limited hot water. We were put in a room at the very rear of the resort with the view from our balcony consisting of a construction site.On the last day that we were leaving we heard and saw a loud verbal altercation between staff.

Had a bloody towel as one of my “clean towels.” One of the dual sinks on the countertop is completely cracked to the other sink, had a bloody blanket & some orange substance on the other blanket in the bed, one lamp was broken, the first knife I pulled out to use was completely dirty & had some sticky substance on it. When told to the staff all I received was “ oh I’m sorry, here’s your receipt for your stay.” No trying to make it right or anything. The Westgate treats me wayyyy better than this place did. Such a shame because it’s in a great location & close to everything. My first stay & I was NOT impressed..

The lady at the front desk talked forever! We got there at 1:30 am for 1 night and she insisted on going over all the amenities when we clearly dying to just get in bed

We liked the suite and the layout. A few items need to be updated, but overall it was very nice. Liked the pool and hot tubs and the location near SeaWorld.

Poor customer care…seems like every situation was an oh well…got bit by a bed bug…one night of entertainment but music was low musicians came and went and we didn’t even know… first room t.v didn’t work…second room no towels or tissue paper and did I fail to mention bedbugs… just a terrible experience

For a vacation club hotel I thought it was a little underwhelming, but over all was a nice stay The pool area was very nice. If you go to sea world it would be definitely worth staying.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The bar and food closing at 8:30 was very inconvenient and there is only grab and go breakfast available. Definitely should grocery shop if staying here.

Easy access to most areas in the Orlando area. Had shuttle service and golf cart service readily available. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend staying there and I would stay there again.

Best ever, one bedroom, 1.5 bath, full living room with a pull out bed, washer and dryer, a patio and a full furnished kitchen. The suite was very clean, perfect furnishings and staff were amazing. Pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant bar was a bonus. Priced through Expedia amazing.

The check-in was easy, the amenities are great. However, the housekeeping staff weren't that great. I went to take a bath in the soaker tub to find small hairs by the drain. I went to boil water in the electric kettle to find a used coffee bag in there. I had to ask several times for extra sheets because when they would come into the room, they would take the sheets off of the sofa bed, but not replace them. Other than cleanliness of our room, the property was nice, clean and quiet.

We booked for the closeness to Seaworld but it's not counted as a Seaworld hotel for any discounts unless you're an owner or member. The shuttles were convenient but times were limited so we Ubered to Aquatica. You can walk to Discovery Cove and Seaworld. The pools were nice the walkway to the pond does need some repair as there are boards that feel very soft. Room was great and huge.
