If there is a check in time of 3pm make sure the room is ready, no need to overcharge for beers or toast

The valet parking situation wasn’t ideal when arriving. I almost got hit three times because cars were left to block new cars coming in. They should have been moved forward. (I got in at 5ish. Well past high check in times). Otherwise everything else about the trip was great. And my big German Shepard enjoyed greeting everyone. Will definitely come again when attending a Magic game

Loved how friendly the staff was. The hotel was very clean and when we needed extra towels they brought them within 10 minutes IF THAT. They checked on me all through my stay making sure everything was ok. 10/10 recommend this hotel!

El personal del escritorio del frente aparentemente no tiene experiencia, tampoco tienen empatia con los huéspedes, no hay servicio a la habitación, tienes que llamar para que te limpien la misma. Gracias al gerente que siempre me respondió y ayudó. 5 estrellas para él.
