I liked that there was an ice cream store and a Starbucks on the resort. I also like the space. The only thing I didn't like, was that the room didn't have a microwave but other than that, it was nice and I will stay again at my next visit.

This is the second time I spend at this hotel and it’s been convenient and comfortable for my family and I. We loved the cookies too best cookies I’ve had.

We were on the 6th floor in the north tower, everytime we came out the lift the floor smelt really damp. The room was ok but the decor and bathroom was tired, a refurb is needed. On the plus side the hotel is a 15 minute walk from Universal Citywalk and similar to shopping outlets. I think it depends on its proximity for business, other hiltons seem to work harder for their guests.

We found an eyelash strip in our bed stuck to the sheets on the 3rd day we were there. Took pictures and went to let the staff know immediately so they could change the sheets. Not sure if they just cleaned the room and never changed the sheets but we were really grossed out that we had slept in dirty sheets for two nights. The hotel pool and Starbucks was great but not sure if I can shake the feeling of the fact that they may not clean well at the hotel. The staff apologized and was very friendly. We went to the pool for a few hours and when we went back up to the room no one had come to clean still although the manager assured us they would immediately do a “VIP” cleaning. We had to call and they came shortly after.

I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and me and my sisters came to stay at your hotel, after the third night we all had beg bugs. I didn’t think much of it because I am pregnant and I have a lot of discomfort as it is. But when I got home my boyfriend examined me and saw I had bed bugs to which I then gave to him too. I’m extremely disappointed and feel neglected that this happened to my family and on top of that to come home and give bed bugs to my boyfriend. It’s unacceptable and really irresponsible

I enjoyed the location of the property. Everything and everyone was so nice. My only complaint would be how hard the beds are. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip.

Great stay and convenient location to experience Universal Studios. I was not prepared for the $31 dollar a day parking price though. Compared to other hotels that was midrange on parking. Overall beautiful hotel and getting a chocolate chip walnut cookie every day is always my favorite part!

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, kind and very attentive. It was a very busy weekend because they had large dance and cheer groups so the noise level was high but that was understandable. Highly recommend this property! Great food options on site and others very nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff there was top notch! The room was comfortable, only thing I missed was no coffee machine in room, they have an actual Starbucks onsite.
