This property is in need of some updating. The check in process didn't work. I was sent an email to fill our registration ahead of time, but the link did not work. Our room needs some updating as well as better cleaning. There were leftover socks as well as a spoon under the master bed. The comforter for the sofa bed was stained and unusable. The drain in the second bath was very slow.

Closest I’ve ever been to leaving a reservation. Dirty room, mechanical room left open and it was disgusting, lots of water damage, couldn’t get simple toiletries after 3pm (after a day at the parks), very out of date. Stayed here 8yrs ago but this is not the same place. Unfortunately this will be our last time at this resort.
