Fantastic house!
We stayed here for a few days while vacationing in the Orlando area. The house is beautiful and the pool/hot tub were amazing. It is close to Orlando area attractions and was also perfect to just have relaxing pool days. Hope to return in the future!

Property was clean and exactly how it was described. Very nice pool and hot tub. Ample space and amenities. Only negative was not having access to the Reunion Resort Golf Courses and pool (evidently the resort fees for access are exorbitant and unreasonable).

Plenty of Room
We had a good experience. The house is very spacious & the kids loved the pool & game room. The house is definitely not as new as when the pictures were taken. The balcony doors are in very poor shape & almost impossible to open & close. The floors could use a thorough cleaning; my kids brand new white socks were filthy after walking across them; we opted to be sure to have our slide sandals on. The kitchen stove along with some of the cookware had definitely seen better days. With a massive deep cleaning & a few updates this place would be 5 stars across the board.

THANK YOU, WONDERFUL PROPERTY
Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your house. this was my first Vrbo and what a great property and adventure. We brought the family for quick va-ca and were very surprised how beautiful and fun the house was for us. The house is better in person then the pictures show. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after long days at the park. The game room was fun for everyone. the bedroom were very large and comfortable for everyone. Location was good, at 11 and less from everything you wanted to do, made it easy to get around. There is more around the property we did not even get a chance to experience - maybe next time (water park). We will stay again. Great Property.

Great Stay
Had a great time house was beautiful and everything was there that we needed. Some small hiccups internet was out when checked in but spoke to property manager who addressed it and was restored the following afternoon. The master bedroom’s mattress was worn out, the other bedrooms were fine. Found a soiled towel in that the stain was not removed. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, the resort is fabulous.

Please let us know which master bedroom did not meet your needs. We have also alerted our cleaning personnel to double-check that all cleaned towels from the previous guests' stay are re-checked.

Sunshine cove
Amazing location and a beyond amazing home! The pool and hot tub were out to much use. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and inviting. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location wishing the reunion Resort was quiet and pretty. Huge resort. Close to all you would want while in Kissimmee/ Orlando. MCO about 30 mins away. All of Disney about 15 mins away! Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

Beautiful and Spacious with a touch of Disney Magic!
We had a terrific time staying at this home. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had more than enough room. This felt like a home away from home with cozy furnishings and decor. Quick drive to Publix and food chain restaurants. Close to Disney parks. The neighborhood was well kept with some nice amenities like pools and mini golf. We felt very safe and relaxed at this property. Though we typically stay on Disney property, we would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

Fabulous Dream Home
Our family of seven (four adults and three children) have just returned from two weeks at this amazing villa on the super Reunion Resort. Everything was so good and none of us wanted to leave. The location, quality and size of the villa was excellent. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise in the mornings. The pool and seating areas were so welcoming after a day at the parks. The game room was one of the nicest we have come across. At the end of the day all of the beds were so so comfy. All in all, a fabulous dream home and dream vacation, particularly after the last couple of years. Thank you very much to Fred and the team. Look forward to a return visit next year.

Awesome Week Getaway With Family From Covid Stress
First week home rental with family since no unnecessary travel during pandemic. Always include Mom (92) in all travel so being extra careful at this time. Perfect home layout for her, Hubby, and I to enjoy adult children and grandchildren. Fun, spacious, and relaxing areas for all ages included. Fred and Val, Management were always veryprompt and accommodating to any of our questions or concerns. Owners were just as courteous communicating with us! Only one suggestion, be extra careful of steps onto entry porch of home, step from lanai to pool and, especially step from kitchen to garage game area. Maybe highlighted signs "Watch Your Step" can be posted. Otherwise, plenty of other excellent features of the home layout. Highly recommend for home away from home and we will definitely rent again! Thank you sincerely!

Perfect Family Escape
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. It was clean upon entry, beautifully decorated, and so spacious! Everything we needed was in the kitchen, including an air fryer to our delight, as we are a family that frequently dines at home. The game room was awesome as well as the pool. We spent the majority of our time at the splash pool with our toddlers, made use of the fitness center and the community pool with my teen son as well. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had and the maintenance was very prompt to help when we couldn't figure out the wifi and to remove a wasp nest so we could enjoy the porch in the evenings. 5 stars all around!

Great space for large family getaways.
Our family of 6 appreciated this comfortable home. The pool is a nice size and we appreciated the few pool toys provided. The outdoor furniture was perfect for sitting back to read a book or just enjoying your morning coffee. All the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds, televisions, private bathrooms and phone chargers. Golf cart rentals are $125/24 hours located at the tennis courts. Community Pools are easily accessible and well kept. The owner of this property was exceptional and provided quick responses when we needed something. Would have been nice to have a few amenities in the kitchen such as salt & pepper and coffee for one day as we arrived quite late. The owner was kind enough to offer a few K cups from her personal cabinet after I mentioned no supply was left by the property management company. Overall this was a wonderful getaway spot and we all loved making memories here.

Great vacation home!
We had a really nice stay at this vacation home. The house is super clean, very large and has very comfortable furniture and beds. The pool was really nice, we paid for pool heat and it worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very friendly and texted us to make sure everything was ok. Really great home and great owners! * I do want to point out (not as a negative) for those from the north...the thermostat is not allowed to go below 73 degrees. There are many ceiling fans to help keep things cooler, but for us, it did get stuffy and warm at times. So just be aware of that if you have people in your party that are sensitive to that. Overall loved it!

Owner's Response: "Thank you so much for the kind review on our home. The thermostat is set at 73 for two reasons- in Florida if a residential air conditioning unit is turned down lower than 73 the unit can freeze and when it unthaws damage the air conditioning unit and/or cause flooding damage to the home. Unfortunately, we have had this happen in our home and have had to put safety measures in place to ensure our units and home are not damaged in the future. Winter getaway
My wife and I just spent 10 days at this house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All indoor and outdoor furniture was very nice. The contact person named Fred was very helpful as was the property owner. The house was very clean and well kept. It is convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and many golf courses. Would definitely stay here again if in Orlando area.

Overall great stay
This was a fantastic house and location for our family to stay. This was our first time renting a home for vacation. We were happy to be located within 15 min of a Walmart to buy essentials such as soap, pool towels, paper towels, etc and to stock our refrigerator and pantry. The house was well laid out. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The game room garage was a big hit for our family. We were close to Disney World and 35-50 minutes from Universal depending on the traffic. The property manager and owners took the time to check in with us ahead of time and answer any needed questions promptly.

Great house - close to Disney!
We loved our stay at this property! We stayed for only 3 days as we spent the week prior at a different rental with family but I wish we had stayed here the whole trip! Location is great, close to Disney parks and nearby shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. House itself is well appointed with everything you could need! Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of games and pool toys, Decor and furnishings were perfect. My only recommendation to the owner would be to consider replacing the master (back) bedroom mattress. The size was luxurious but the mattress itself was very uncomfortable. All in all, we would return. Thank you for having us!

Best property we’ve stayed at yet!
We have stayed at Reunion multiple times. Sunshine Cove was by far our favorite! Spacious bedrooms with ultra-comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully-stocked with more than enough dishes and supplies to cook. The pool is perfect and we enjoyed many pool and air hockey tournaments during our stay! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home!
We loved this vacation home. It is a beautiful home and will not disappoint for a vacation rental. The pool is in the smaller side and could have used a cleaning. There is plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the pool. The home has been decorated to perfection and has everything you need to accommodate your stay. Nice game room for some family fun!

This vacation property was everything we hoped for and more. Words cannot describe the amazing time we had. The owners definitely thought of everything. We had a great time finding special gems around the house that made it unique. I would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay again.

Pandemic vacation
This place was amazing, had everything my family and I needed. With the pandemic I didn’t want to be a hotel or in public places around a lot of people so renting a home for just my family and I was perfect. We could all just relax and enjoy the outdoors by the pool, perfect.

Great Vacation Rental Home
We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Cove immensely! The beds and pillows were great as well as the fact that the owners have thought of every possible thing you might need and had it available! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of kitchen dishes, pans and small appliances that were available. The game room/rec room was a definite bonus. We enjoyed the many board games, books and other touches we found available in the home very much. The pool area of the home was also very nicely furnished and screened in which was great for early morning coffee and late night relaxing. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a lovely time!

Family Getaway during COVID
We had a fantastic time. Booking was easy, the property manager (Fred) was very responsive and helpful, the place was spotless and took COVID precautions for cleaning. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could ever need. The game room was a lot of fun and we held many pool and air hockey tournaments. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub which was the highlight of our trip. Location was perfect with grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations all close. We will definitely stay there again.

Definitely would recommend
The house is fabulous. It is very nice, clean and comfortable. The setup is great. At the time we stayed there was an issue with pool heat but the property manager was very responsive and the situation seemed to be an issue that was outside of their control. They worked with us to compensate for the inconvenience and offer good alternatives. I would definitely recommend it.

My family visit was great and relaxing. My 3 young adult children had plenty of space for privacy and the family rooms were great. I loved the screened in pool so I didn’t worry about things in the night so we were in the pool at 1am. The game room was nice and roomy also.

The pictures do this home NO JUSTICE upon entering the home is was even more beautiful than the pictures, so nice & clean & spacious. We didn't leave the house for anything at all the pool & game room was utilized everyday they provided you with everything u could think of. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to take a vacation, My 3 younger children throughly enjoyed everyday at this property as did I THANK YOU so much for providing us with a CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL home we will surely be back in the future.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home!
We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful reunion home. It was spacious and beautifully decorated and probably more comfortable than home! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our disabled son. The bedding and linens were all high-quality. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. The screened in pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after a day in the parks. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. Not too far from the parks. Perfect in every way! We hope to come back to your beautiful home!

Clean house, nice neighborhood, lots of room, nice pool.
Our stay exceeded expectations. New house, nicely furnished, lots of room for everyone, great pool, close to Disney. Supermarket and stores 1/2 mile away. Community has restaurants, golf courses, spa, bicycling, water park, etc. we would highly recommend staying at this property.
