Delightful!
The house was great for our family of 3 adult couples. Everyone had the space and amenities that we were looking for. The host responded quickly to our queries, and a couple of minor issues were resolved right away. Highly recommend.

Great property!
The property is a great set-up and our group felt was an excellent location for visiting the Disney area (approximately 25-30 mins each way). We enjoyed the pool area also and found the area very quiet, but within easy access of supermarkets and fast food/restaurant options. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered various questions in the lead up to our trip. 5/5 from us!

The house was actually described in the pictures beautiful.
Our stay was wonderful we have to repunch the code in 2x to get in twice that’s about it. The house was actually like the pics. Communicating with the property manager was always on point and very helpful when needed. I had a packages delivered during our stay. One of my packages I never received but I checked my email ans it was delivered. I got in contact with the property management. My packet was retrieved and will be delivered to my home. I appreciate that from them. I would definitely stay at the property again.

House appeared as listed but not the most functional ect. Owner responds quickly which was nice. But when we arrived there were ants all over, over the beds and bedroom floors. The one room had blood spots on the sheets and our bed frame was broken. The tv’s did not work( reached out to owner she gave me a number, that person then gave me another number and got no where), the kitchen sink faucet leaks all over the counter, the bedroom had something hard stuck to the carpet we couldn’t get it up, issue with garbage(owner did take care of that), .also the virtue golf did not work at all. and no cleaning supplies besides 2 garbage bags and a broom Just wish there was more or posted to bring your own for stuff for a week long stay. The pool area was nice and the kids room was nice!

Thanks for review and for staying . But we have an excellent cleaning company and we inspect the home before anyone arrives. We were just in the home the day before you arrived and no damages were done in the home before your arrival and the home was cleaned to Excellent standards. We also put triple the amount of set up items in our rentals with supplies and set up items . But It is stated the home is a self supplying home once the starter pack of set up items are used. The tvs are smart tvs and seemed fine when cleaning crew went in today behind you. These items in your review , you reported upon your check out and not brought to our attention at all while you stayed about cleaning issue or broken bed. Any issues could have been addressed right away if we were made aware of them during your stay. we take great pride in the way the home is cleaned and furnished for our guests .

Best house to stay in!
Our family absolutely loved this property. The master bedroom is worth staying here alone. We had a great time hanging out by the pool. In the morning we met several residence and they were all so nice. Rebecca was great to respond to any questions. The only bummer was we couldn't figure out the golf simulator and there are only 2 clubs. I didn't ever ask Rebecca for help with that. I am sure she would have helped us out. If you are doing Disney the location is great. Only a short drive to all the fun gift shops and to the parks. We have this home on our saved list so we can stay again in a couple of years.

Great Vacation Home
Loved this property. The house was just as it was listed online. We had 10 people in our party and it was the perfect amount of space. Pool was great, we got it heated. If you are up for an early morning swim, the heater is on a timer so don’t panic if it isn’t running yet. Didn’t use Golf simulator but the area looked awesome. The kids 3,10,11 loved the kids room upstairs. The host was great and communicated quickly if we had questions. Neighbourhood was clean and quiet . Great location. Will stay here again.

Disney World with Grands
The house was amazing. Very spacious and for the most part very clean. The kids had a ball in the playroom and the pool. The light switches were very dirty. Dirt and trash was behind the nightstands in the the master. The back bedroom was not dusted well. The dust had obvious been there a while and it was very visible on the black furniture. Aside from that everything else and the things that mattered most were clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great property for families. Short distance to local attractions.
The house was as advertised and had everything we expected. Spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. Many furnishings were new. Pool was very nice. Area was clean and also had a new table and chairs. Rebecca was very quick to answer any questions we sent by text. If we vacation in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, serene location with plenty of privacy!
The property was well situated in a quiet community near a golf course. The house had plenty of separate areas to gather, a variety of bed types (softer, firmer, etc.), microfiber bed linens, bright lighting in the kitchen, several large tvs, pleasant outside enclosed pool area with tables/chairs, etc. We communicated with the owner a few times during our stay; her responses were timely (almost immediate!) and she worked to make us happy! Decor was simple, clean, neutral with a prevailing golf "theme". The golf simulator seemed temperamental- working sometimes. Suggestion: a few games, books, and child life preservers/floaties (for the pool) would have been nice.

The Golf House
The property has recently been renovated so all the kitchen appliances and bath fixtures are new. The house is a golfers dream with an indoor driving range in the garage and golf decorations throughout the house. The reclining sofas made watching TV super comfortable. We are used to cable TV and it took a while for us to become proficient with the live streaming so we could watch our news channels. The host, Rebecca Holoway made our check in very easy. The only suggestions we would make would be to add a table on the lanai for outdoor eating and end tables and lamps in the family room as the only lighting is in the overhead fan. Not very good for reading the paper or books!! Also, since we were there for a month it would have been nice to have had a vacumn for the floors.

Birthday Retreat
Property was clean and very comfortable. The pool was nice and worth paying to have it heated. My son enjoyed the playroom upstairs but at times got to hot without air. The hot water heater take a long time to catch back up. Taking back to back showers is not advised. Other than that what a beautiful stay and thank you for allowing my family to to enjoy your property.

Great family and kid-friendly home!
After a mix-up with reservations, going back and forth and almost not having a place to arrive too, I'm so glad I found this home. This was the perfect place for my entire family of 8 to stay at. Comfortable clean and very modern. My 3yr old nephew definitely enjoyed the upstairs area while we enjoyed the rest of the house. Definitely recommend and the area is just great. Thank you Ms. Rebecca for your hospitality!!!

Bien en général mais manque de commodités
Bien, bel emplacement, réponse rapide. Manque de papier de toilette (2 par toilettes pour 7 nuits), de serviettes, sel et épices, pas assez d'assiettes et de verres (11 seulement). Nous étions 12. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, il faut le demander et payer davantage. Le jeu de golf ne fonctionnait pas.

Thanks for staying, although we leave extra toiletries , after that is used by guests, this is a self supply home, it’s stated you have to supply your own once you have used what we leave for you, and yes pool heat is extra as described in listing, and we will add more plates and bowls, and look to see why golf game did not work for you.
