Tequilla Sunrise at Windsor Hills

Windsor Hills is the most desired community in the Disney Area. It is a 24-hour manned gated community that boasts a resort style 160,000 gallon pool with a waterslide and spa, separate toddler pool, billiard tables, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, video game room, children’s playground, sundry shop, and even a movie theatre! On top of all of this, it is located just minutes from Walt Disney World. You will not be disappointed staying in this community!

The townhome is a short walk from the clubhouse and features three bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a queen bedroom and the remaining rooms are located on the second floor with the main bedroom having a king bed and the disney designed room for the kids has a bunk bed. The living area is open plan with a slider opening to the private pool at the back of the home.

Please note that the amenities at the resort are included in the cost and a washer and dryer is located in the townhome for guest use.

This home has all the makings for a memorable vacation – book it now before your days are taken. PLEASE NOTE that pool heat is an optional extra. Pool heat is only available for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid for upfront. Note that there is construction in the area during business hours.

Great Family place
A few days before our trip we received a very detailed message from the owner with all the information we needed. The check in process was fine. The home had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice and convenient that there is a Super Walmart within 5 minutes. The home is also located close to the pool, which my kids loved. In the initial message, I would add that you need to go to the welcome center to get bracelets for the pool because we had no idea. Overall we had a great time. The decor is definitely outdated and the carpet needs to be replaced as it is stained in many places. You also can’t swim in the pool that is behind the house because it is not clean. One last suggestion is to get a set of 5-6 new beach towels for the pool because there are only 3 (we are a family of 5) and they are old. Overall, we had a nice time and the price was great.

Great location. Central to everything. Felt very safe walking throughout the resort. My sisters and I walked 5 km every day. The resort is very well kept and maintained. Spotless. The cleaning done in the house could have been better. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the rest could be cleaned a little better. That part was disappointing. The property management team were very quick to respond to any questions and concerns that we had which was great.

The unit had very dirty carpet. The splash pool out back was not cleaned. Appeared just a chlorine tab was tossed in and nothing else. The mattresses need updating. Only one towel per person for a 7 night stay was ridiculous. Otherwise we had a good stay. The resort area was nice and the neighborhood was very well up kept.
