Air conditioning problems
The air went out before our stay. There was ice on the downstairs unit when we checked in. I contacted the owner and he had someone come out the next day. Well it wasn’t able to fixed the whole stay. Needless to say, Florida without air conditioning is awful. The owner contacted us and did buy us pizza, to somewhat compensate which was nice. But then the day of checkout, (which you are supposed to have until 11am) the owner locked the air conditioning system for all the other units and turned the air off. It was a tad bit ridiculous. I’m not sure why you cannot control the air when you rent a home. It was miserable. The house was fine. The amenities was everything we needed. The only issue was with the air conditioning and the owner locking the thermostat.

Great location and great neighborhood
We are a family of 11 that stayed at the house for a week. The house was amazing and beautiful everything we needed to make for a great vacation! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Orlando!

Great location & house layout
Overall the property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and all beds were comfortable. The sitting area, dining table and kitchen were able to fit us all comfortably. We asked for the pool to be heated which made our rest day enjoyable. Walmart was close by for Uber shopping and MK and Universal were easily accessible with ride share. There were a few items needing repairs in the house and games room but all were relatively minor and did not affect our stay. Although we did not have time to explore the resort area did look beautiful.

So much fun!!!
Our family loved this house! It had everything we needed, plus some. We could only find one fault, the traffic, but truthfully road work was being completed. The owner was very easily accessible and helpful! Our kids loved the game room too! We would recommend this house, especially for the Potter fans!!

The area was wonderful. The house was not as pictured. The guest house/theatre room smelled like mildew, the seating was nasty and had black duck tape everywhere covering holes. We did not even use the room because I would not let my children sit on the furniture. The house was nice but was not very clean. All floors needed swept when we got there. My Kids socks were black from the flooring. There is grime and food in the cracks on the dining room table. I would not stay at this property again but we did enjoy the area and all that the community had to offer. The location was great.

This was a nice place to stay for a family vacation.
Very close to everything we needed. The kids loved the house. The pool was clean and so was the house. Great location to visit parks and beaches in one trip. It’s tough to beat the Reunion resort if you want to visit some parks and hang out on other days. The manager was fast to communicate. Great place. Thank you.

The Best Stay EVERRRRR
We loved the location and privacy. The host was very informative and available before and during our stay for any questions I had. This will be our new spot to stay in whenever we're in the area and know that we'll have to get an early start booking. There was a slight smell of cigarettes when we entered the property, but we remedied that on our own. It's a great space and place. Book it!!!!

Great Holiday House
It was a great house, with lots of space. It was clean. More towels would have been nice, and some of the remotes did not have batteries. It was easy to get to, and easy to check in. A list of close restaurants would have been helpful but we managed. Thanks for a great holiday!

Amazing!!!
Stayed at Shawn's home and it was so peaceful!! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house looked just like the pictures and was so clean. We had so much space for a group of 8! We enjoyed the pool and our boys loved the game and theater room. The location is on point. Gas station and Walmart is less than 10 mins away! Again, Shawn and his house were amazing and I would highly recommend.

Great price, great location.
Very roomy property! The kids loved the room decor. Communication with the manager was great. The nest device on the air conditioner was leaving it very hot, and once I communicated this with them, they fixed it promptly.

Nice, convenient, quiet place for a large group
I booked this place over a year ago and was happy with the rental. Any concerns or questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We didn't understand the trash schedule so that would be our only complaint but everything else was great, comfortable and if we ever return to Orlando area, I would stay there again

Birthday getaway
Very nice neighborhood and home. Owner was responsive and accommodating. My husband wanted to relax for his birthday and that’s exactly what we did, even brought his mother. The double masters were perfect. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the house, community, and overall location of this house. We were a short drive away from everything that we wanted to do down there in Kissimmee!!! The house was exactly what you see in the pictures. We will definitely consider this house for other stays!!

Great size home and location to Universal Studios.
This home worked perfectly for my family to stay in order to visit Universal Studios, half an hour away. It was in a gated community and lots of shops and restaurants close enough to get to. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We didn’t realize one bedroom was above the detached game room but I guess we didn’t read closely enough. It wasn’t an issue, we just didn’t realize it. Also, the Harry Potter room actually is different than in the picture- it now has two full size bunk beds. Wasn’t ideal for an adult because you have to climb in sideways due to lack of space between, but the bed was very comfortable at least. Also, furniture in that room was very large (huge desk at foot of beds) so there isn’t much space to put suitcases and no place to set them to unpack and pack except for small floor space because of bunks.

Everything was PERFECT. I did ask for a later check out because 10 AM was pushing and it was denied so we got up @8 AM to clean everything up and was rushed out at 10 AM on the dot 😂 i understand though

Best place for a retreat
My group and I had the greatest time at this house. We were a group of 15 sleeping over and had plenty of beds and there was ample seating in the living and dining areas to hangout at. Everyone ablsolutely loved the house and we hope to be back next year if is is not booked when we look.

Wonderful House
This house was perfect and the owner was very responsive and attentive. The house amenities and location made this a perfect property for our vacation. The whole family loved the house with no complaints about anything - which is rare. I look forward to renting it again.

Amazing House!
This house is beautiful! It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood. It has plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a great kitchen. We loved watching movies in the theater. Our check in and out process was super easy and the owners were awesome and responded quick if we had any questions about the property. Wonderful house and we would definitely stay again.

Awesomely Good Trip
Very appealing area and home. Everything was there that I needed. We had more than enough space. Beds very comfy and just enough privacy to make it feel like home. The owner was flexible with me, especially when I forgot to turn the alarm off. My questions were answered regardless of the time of day or night. Coming back again in Spring.

Wouldn’t stay again unless some changes...
Rented this for size, layout, location, pool and safety gate around the pool: Bonuses: Two masters and nice layout Nice neighborhood and good location for getting to Disney Quick response from owner when we came in and something was falling off the wall, or when I had a question Negatives: - Rented this for pool with child gate- pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use it at all. They did tell us this before we stayed, but not when we booked. The child gate was broken as well. We were never told about the broken child gate and discovered it when we arrived. We and have a 2 yr old who can’t swim. I wouldn’t have stayed here had I known it was broken - lack of towels: no dish towels in kitchen, literally got two thin bath towels per bathroom (6 towels for 8 people) and only two hand towels for the three baths - we were told shampoo, soap and conditioner would be there. There was only soap It’s a nice place, but needs some work and website description did not disclose broken pool heater and child gate.
