The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful, especially when there was a problem with my Expedia reservation. The only issue that I had were with housekeeping. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and housekeeping never came in my room at all.

I like the location. The breakfast was okay. What i didn't like - they have us a room without a working phone, and a lamp with usb port was not plugged in. After few hours, we were asked to change room. Unfortunately, the room was not freshened up, no face towels, and the ac was not turned on as we entered. Pros- very clean and nicely decorated, practically brand new Cons- front desk staff made 3 groups stand to wait for check-in until 3:00. We had arrived at 2:45 and they wouldn’t give us a room. Also, they charged for market items we didn’t buy. They did refund my credit card when I questioned it

Worst experience ever dealing with the Hamptons and I use them often for everywhere me and my family travels the power went out and when trying to speak to the front desk staff for more information he was so rude told us be quiet and go back to our rooms never will I use this location again
