Palisades Tahoe Lodge
2.0 star property

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"I booked a room with queen room with sofa bed. I’m not sure if there was an error because we ended up in a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and balcony and access to a ski locker on the 1st floor. They let us check in early which was amazing since the ski resort was almost entirely on a weather/wind hold. We only stayed one night and we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage after checkout, making it very convenient given 26” of powder and partially blue skies...

"I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later. The customer service people on the phone were unhelpful as were unable to help me. This was my first...
