"Room cleaned and restocked everyday. Friendly staff. The only surprise was that since it’s older hotel there are no elevators and I was on the second floor with a giant luggage bag. Also additional daily cost for parking, self parking and valet cost the same amount and the valet team was very quick. "
"This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well.
One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be."

"I only had a quick one night stay but the room was clean the beds were super comfortable. Cup of coffee was available in room and there was a complimentary breakfast of standard fare but was neat, clean and presented nicely. Would definitely come back"
