“Nice, helpful,and welcoming staff. The Waterfall house was in an excellent location and very spacious with nice views, quiet and separate from the other cottages. Surrounded by gardens. Staff was kind to let us check-in early .The down side: The stove did not work well and the fireplace was out of service, and the kitchen was limited regarding pots and pans and other items. Bathrooms need a good spring cleaning. ”

“It was not what we expected because of the photos on the website. The views are pretty nice and the room and bathroom were clean. But the rest of the hotel was in degraded condition, like missing serious maintenance. All the outdoor furniture was old and rusty. “1st stay at Fisherman's Cottage and we were thrilled with the cottage. Close walking distance to beach. Cottage clean, comfortable, had all the essentials we needed. Had a couple of issues, called for assistance and received prompt service, including serviceman coming to cottage to check heater. Excellent. Only other issue were ants in the kitchen each morning. Let management know at our departure. We will be booking again!!!”
