Our favorite running and hiking trails just a 5 minute drive. We are huge fans of the west side of Colorado Springs! This cottage was recently remodeled - really cute living room and kitchen and the bathroom remodel is on point. Lots of attention to detail, charming decor. It was quiet for sleeping - we were the only ones renting one of the three properties...

The beds were comfortable and the ability to regulate the temperature in the home [to combat some of the mid-day heat] was really nice.
