"Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics. Not sure...

"Great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and it's far enough away from the pool so that you can't hear the when the kids are playing. You can tell it's been updated recently and it looks better than the pictures. In addition, the shower water pressure is AMAZING and the towels are super soft. It's on a nice part of the beach, a little busy but far enough away from the big spring break crowds that it's not crazy. Having access to the building's umbrella and chairs set...

"This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues...

"Good stay overall. The unit is a bit dated and it had a musty odor (especially when coming in for the first time) and so did the elevators. The rates were comparable to other units that looked a little better around the area, so if you find that disappointing then you may want to shop around. I think the many scuffs from the walls would come off if they were cleaned with a damp cloth and a bit of comet powder. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. "The condo was clean and exactly as described. Sarah was easy to contact and responded quickly. Being on the corner of the building gave us great views with lots of sun. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our AM coffee or PM wine, watching and hearing the ocean. The beach was beautiful and having the chair/umbrella service was an added bonus. Okaloosa island is a quiet and peaceful area yet close enough to Destin and the rest of the gulf coast area to enjoy the amenities offered. I would...

"Excellent property! The views of the Gulf were beautiful from the balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped for a lot more than we expected. Games for families were also available in the cabinet which were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!"

"This property was great. The kitchen was well stocked. I am glad i did read beforehand to bring spices and basic cooking needs. We had plenty of space and i koved our view feom the balcony. Easy access to the beach. A great place for families."

"I’m just now getting around to writing our review. We stayed over Thanksgiving last year and had a blast! The condo was well-appointed. I think there were 4 TVs in the unit but we never turned any of them on during our stay! My only recommendation to the owners would be to add beach/pool towels. I knew they weren’t included but forgot to pack any and had to pick some up which wasn’t a huge deal. Very clean, furnishings were nice and the beds are great. I slept better than I ever do at home....

"This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We enjoy it! It’s a great location, great that the beach chairs are included. There isn’t tons of things around for us to have to pick up (3 year old lol.) love that they have a washer if you need it!! Very happy with our stay and we will probably be booking again for next year."
