"Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice."

"This was our second time at couples tower isle with the first time being 10 years ago for our wedding. We had a great experience back then and I am happy to say we did once again. The included excursions are a good value to take advantage of and the food was spectacular in the majority of scenarios. My only thing I’d like to see improved is consistency/ training of bartenders. We got the know the staff and quickly figured out who made good drinks and who wasn’t quite there yet. Outside...

Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Excellent Family resort, tons of amenities, nice dining options, fantastic pools, good entertainment, so many things to do on and sponsored by the resort that we didn’t have look for outside activities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer…next time!"

I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay.
