"there is no office staff. locked key box on your door. different but ok. no view of ocean from 1st floor. suggest 2nd floor. rooms were fantastic and huge. no complaints. had a great time"

"Amazing service! We stayed for a night. A great breakfast buffet 😋 👌. Basically is right on the beach ⛱️. Could hear the Ocean. We were conveniently located on the first floor close to vending machines, front desk and the breakfast room. "

"The pool and Hot Tub were over chlorinated and burnt your eyes to use it. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a good selection but the dining room was small and crowded. When I went to the front desk to ask for extra shower towels I was told to go find the cleaning cart and ask for one there. I had to search 3 floors to find the cleaning ladies to get a towel. It was okay but the service could have been better. "

"The manger that was on duty was absolutely amazing. She handled multiple wrong bookings like a pro. We love ocean shores and it was out first time staying here. Like most places here a lil run down but it was a fantastic stay! "
