Our experience was not positive. No hot water for more than 18 hours, then we left so we do not know when it was fixed. Room 210 has a very noisy AC.

Just an overall nice hotel . Very clean, staff super nice and helpful. Rooms are basic and a little small but very nice and clean. Definitely would recommend and stay again

The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic!! Our original room did not have heat, so he moved us into a suite immediately. He was super friendly to our dog & had a treat waiting for her! The hotel was immaculate & the continental breakfast was delicious!

Some issues you need to work on.
We got there Friday evening, where I found I had to go to the 3rd floor for ice and only one of the two elevators works. Had to wait for it to go up and then have to wait for it to come back down. The carpet in the room has a corner coming up that may trip someone.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. The pool is definitely not heated. The room is at times but not the pool.

Due to a family emergency I wasn’t able to stay. Was told because the hotel reservation was made with hotels.com I could not get my money back. First time ever having to pay for a hotel room in advance. When I made the reservation, I didn’t know the room was not refundable. I won’t be using your services ever again. I told the general manager (Brandon) at the hotel that since I could not get my money back, to allow someone that is in distress who may not have funds to stay at that hotel to be able to use my credit. Obviously your policy is what’s wrong with this country…. Greed (no one gives a care.
